"When we checked into our room, it was clear that the sheets had not been changed. We spoke with a gentleman at the front desk, but instead of simply providing fresh linens, he argued with us about the issue. I wasn’t asking for housekeeping service; I was willing to change the sheets myself, but he insisted there was nothing wrong with the room. When the sheets were delivered, he refused to take the soiled ones and told us to leave them in the room for the staff the next day. We also hung our towels to participate in the water‑saving program, but they were replaced anyway. We booked this venue specifically for the drive‑in movie experience from the room. Unfortunately, the electronic roadside sign was extremely bright and cycled through various advertisements, making it difficult to see the movie from our room. The room itself showed signs of wear: the lamp had red‑spotted stains, and the carpet was in need of repair. I understand this can be a challenging area for lodging businesses, but the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention to the guest experience, and facility upkeep made these issues hard to overlook."
