The desk chair was very worn and needs updating. The carpets need shampooing and there was a pungent smell coming from the AC unit. It may have been industrial pollution but it was very unpleasant. The breakfast was awesome. The staff needs to be trained on the items for sale in the lobby shop. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Other than the dryer bot working, the stay was pleasant and the staff were amazing! I wish I could remember the name of the fella who checked us in, but the amazingness of him alone made it a great stay!

With everything going on, it was a very nice stay. There was no usual breakfast, just grab bags. And the room cleaning system they had , was like ordering off a menu. You just checked what you needed for the day and they would do that. All we usually need is towels so it was nice to have minimal interactions with the staff for everyone’s safety.
Room was not served on my second day, but ok place to stay.
The property is at least five minutes away from the mall and major restaurants.
The hotel representative canceled my reservation and tried to charge me again. I have refused and need another hotel reservation.
