Mason on the desk was awesome and even though Townsuites was supposed to have a courtesy coach Mason was the only one on the desk so coiudnt leave so she asked the Courtyard Marriot if they would. The room itself needed a better clean, with ants floating in the toilet, the shower/bath rusting, someone elses long black hairs in the sink and on the white bed cover.(I have pics).

The only issue was our room smelled like cigarette smoke which they quickly moved us to another room which still smelled like cigarette smoke.. but not as bad but disappointing. Other than that was a good stay. Frustrating that some people still smoke at "non-smoking" hotels.

This hotel felt safe. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The one thing that stood out about this place is the staff. We had an issue with the tv remote (not batteries), and the maintenance person would not rest until it was resolved. Sparing the details, I’ll just say that we have never had a staff member advocate harder for our comfort. The staff here are the gold standard on how it is done.

Visited with my family and the hotel was beautiful. My room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was cleaned daily and sanitized which was nice to see. I would most definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions found it to be clean and well kept. Staff are friendly, helpful and always available. There is a pool which is always clean as is the area around the pool. Its close to the local mall, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.
