Bugs all over the bathroom (didn’t notice until time to leave because I didn’t go in the bathroom until then), checkout staff was rude and employees started banging on my door at 10am to tell me that I needed to checkout, even though I was told that checkout was at 11. Multiple people banging on my door, not just one, and they all had attitudes.

The room was clean, except that the sheets had a mark like a black mark on them, and the tubs had some stains that you coulldnt clean out, which looked bad but overall it seemed like a clean room.

Our room was nasty. Commode did not flush properly and had what looked like urine in it. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion or soap. Huge dump trucks woke us at 6 am. Bathroom door knob was broken. Not enough towels. Has black mold. A hairclip behind the bathroom door, wasnt mine. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig. I have photos to send you

Entire property appears to suffer from lack of upkeep. People yelling, talking loudly until late at night. In room, curtains unstable, mold in bathtub grout, electric socket not secured to wall, toilet didn’t work well. On plus side, there was a small bar of soap plus several charging outlets.
