WOW...Theres so many good things to say about this Hotel,but space will not allow it.Therefore I will say I Will be coming back.I have no complaints at all. The whole staff was amazing,very nice group of people, starting with Sara(Sunshine) at the front desk,next Roselyn(Sunshine#2) the sweet lady that cooks that awesome breakfast,Samantha the night front desk person.and Tarren.Thank u guys for being so nice to us.Very friendly staff and atmosphere.Very clean and modern rooms.Service was superb..The house keepers were great as well.All of u guys made our stay one of the best.The owners were there to help me out as well,and u guys should be very proud of all ur staff and they all deserve a raise!!!

Desk agent Sarah was super friendly and helpful at this very new Fairfield Inn. Everything in the lobby and room was new and clean and the location is just off the highway and very convenient. Shower was very large, but water was a little soft and leaves you with that feeling that soap just won’t go away. Room was 87 degrees inside upon check in. I get conserving energy, but having the AC completely off during the summer is not cool, no pun intended. The one sided luggage carts here are the easiest to steer Ive ever seen, and also designed by a sadist. If you have more than one or two bags, every bump on/off the elevator, over door jambs, etc sends luggage spilling off in all directions. Would stay here again when in Monroe.

We picked this property quite by accident. It was a pleasant surprise on a roadtrip home. Very clean and well kept. Evening snacks along with wine, if you like that sort of thing. Very nice rooms, and surprisingly spacious baths with walk in shower. Very quiet just yards off of I-20. Has electric car plug in stations too!

Stayed couple of nights while on a family visit to Louisiana. Large lobby and dining room. Rooms were usual hoyrl rooms. People working here were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast bar in the mornings was sufficient for a small, quick meal.

Our family stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights to attend the LA Tech graduation weekend. The hotel was very clean, in both the common areas and rooms. You can tell the staff works hard and takes pride in keeping the place spotless. I don’t know what that other reviewer referring to. The rooms are very modern, spacious and well planned out. We had king suites with very comfortable beds. The facility looks brand new, but is over a year old. The check in was efficient and organized. Sarah at the front desk is a delight, and works very hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. The other font desk staff were also professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is more varied than comparable hotels I’ve visited with cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, a meat offering like sausage, a waffle iron, hard boiled eggs, fruits, yogurts & milk, juices & coffee. The food service staff kept it well stocked and clean. The king suites have a large desk and sitting area with a TV, and and a second TV for view from the bed. There was also a small microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker in the room. The bathroom was large and had a big shower. They provide Paul Mitchell hair & toiletry products. Our stay was stress free and allowed us more enjoyable family time to celebrate our graduate. I would definitely stay here or at other Fairfield Inns again.

Although a brand new property, the condition of the property and bad staff attitudes were appalling. Not only were the common areas riddled with trash, but it seemed the staff went out of its way to step over it rather than simply pick it up. The pool was an algae ridden mess complete with tadpoles. When brought to the staff’s attention, she asked me if I thought she should go get the key and “turn the pool on”. Cheap towels in the room and no pool towels (not that I remotely recommend dipping in the moat) complete the picture. Btw, never a good idea for the staff to be sitting out front smoking as guests arrive.

We had to make a quick unexpected quick trip to a Shreveport hospital. The individual did not survive the illness and the funeral was going to be in the West Monroe area. We debated on spending the night in Shreveport or driving to West Monroe that evening. After checking availability, I made a reservation at this location using the Bonvoy app. Upon arrival, the desk hostess was kind and apologetic but told us they did not have a room. She called her manager and he asked her if we were members of their loyalty program and she said yes. He asked her what level we were at. When she replied, he asked if they had any other rooms reserved but not occupied. She told him 3. She called some competitors for us and found no rooms. I assume the data in their computer system was inaccurate, but I will have a hard time trusting their reservation system in the future. The only reason I did not rate it a 1 is the kindness of the desk hostess.

Was just in WM due to a family illness. As soon as I landed I found a loved one had a heart attack. I couldn’t get out until the next day and the clerk was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND CARING TO ME! She immediately demonstrated concern for my well-being and was so compassionate. I inferred this was who she was always - regardless of the circumstances. In addition the rooms are very nice!

This is hands down one of the best hotels in the West Monroe area. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were very clean. They had a big choice of breakfast which my family enjoyed a lot. They even had some hot chocolate and some lemon water by the front desk for everyone to have. Overall great stay!

When I stayed, this location hadn’t been open too many months. It was very nice and you could tell the employees take pride in working there. Everyone was friendly and clean looking and smelt so new inside. Mattress was great. For breakfast, help yourself to the many items they have. Everything tasted good. I’ll definitely stay again this year. The location is quiet.
