Great experience. Very clean rooms and super clean hotel in general. Comfy beds, plenty of towels given to us. Staff member, Candy was helpful! Also Kelli was excellent. The breakfast was so good! Love a place that doesn't just serve muffins and cereal but hot, fresh breakfast items. The coffee was delicious! Really enjoyed these machines that grind and then brew. We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Monroe. Candy at the front desk was amazing—full of energy, welcoming, and very professional. She greeted us warmly and even provided four bottles of cold water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Candy went above and beyond to support us and make sure our stay was comfortable. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again.
