This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The father and son were both helpful… the first night the fuse blew I had my own air fryer and the microwave going at the same time didn’t know they were on the same circuit but they reset the breaker promptly. The next day it was a thunder storm and that morning I just had the air fryer going as soon as I put my breakfast in there the whole house went black I called he told me the whole block was out… one hour later power was restored overall I would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of kind touches included such as pizza, breakfast items, soap etc. The Vrbo listing had hot tub listed as amenity in error but there was a nice deep tub in bathroom. Glad to have found this place and would stay again!

This VRBO is an inexpensive option that is clean and functional.

We stayed for 6 nights over the Christmas holidays. Our time was mainly spent visiting family. We only needed a place to clean up and sleep.
