Staff were better than property. Mold in the bathroom ceiling and poor condition of the room. It should not be rated as 3 star hotel.

Pictures showed a Jacuzzi tub in the room I reserved. No tub... Had actually called to see if it was correct and was told it was...

Our room had a very strong mildew odor which was coming from the wet floor near the AC by the back door. The couch in the room was filthy and torn. I opened the curtains to get some light since the room was on the darker side, when I went to close them, the rod wasn't even attached to the curtains, I had to pull them closed. When we checked in it seemed as if were hard to find a room for us in the 1st place so we didn't ask for a change. On a positive point.... the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Hotel was close to everything that could possibly be needed during our stay: restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc., yet where our room was located was very quiet. The entry of the hotel is beautiful with furniture, rugs & chandeliers leading to the check-in desk. The clerk was extremely nice and helpful. The indoor pool & spa in the middle of the hotel is spacious & very clean. Surrounding areas where private gatherings can be held under a gazebo is a great idea. There are 2 larger areas for bigger groups ie, birthdays, even a small wedding, etc. The landscaping and décor in this entire is very appealing. Also, out of the general eye, is an area with snack/soda/water machines, and a couple of video games....So you can let your kids loose and be able to see them all as you're resting or swimming. The bar is great.. lots of room, tvs behind the bar & a large one by the tables. Also electronic dart game and a couple others. Before entering the recreational area by the pool there's a wall with diagram showing the entire layout of the hotel and all numbers & arrow indicating room locations in large numbers. The room as large, huge king bed & TV, hide-a-bed, large table to eat on, smaller table, night stands, and many dresser drawers for storage. A small refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, ironing board & iron were also provided. The pressure in the shower was super! All the employees were very nice, oh and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. ***** by me!

Dated motel. Needs some remodeling, but still nice. Good value

Rooms are very dark, not enough natural light. Most rooms face the indoor pool and can get quite loud. Also, about half the rooms have dual entrances.

Very old hotel, bad and noise air condition, does not worth 3 stars

They booked us into a room that was not ready. The mattress was lifted and placed againts the wall, and the room smelled of urine. We notified the front desk who placed us in a disabled room where the shower water spilled into the whole bathroom.Needless to say, it was an inconvenience getting out in the hot summer afternoon to go to the front desk and complained. The rug needs improvement. I will not recommend this Hotel to my friends.

quiet, nice lounge. I like this hotel. great bargain for $75

Hotel was clean, nice staff and good breakfast. Affortable and close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice stay interior pool with hotel rooms surrounding the pool was interesting, but the hot summer day outside (over 95 degrees) made for a very humid and muggy experience inside by the pool. Very good free breakfast with many options.

Night front desk guy was very nice. Late at night there's not too much around to go hotel shopping.

Hotel was far from the cooler parts of the city. It was along the highway 99 and you can see the cars passing by the highway as you leave the room. Interior rooms face the pool, but indoor pool...so dont expect the sun to come in from those rooms.

pleasantly surprised for a 3 *** rated hotel.
