Wasn’t impressed with the food at Axels $33 for a steak meal and there was no flavor to it, no seasoning on the steak or the asparagus.
Very friendly staff. The room was clean and beautiful. I appreciate a regular bathroom door without frosted glass.

I really enjoyed the pool area. The heated pool and wading pool were perfect..just like a warm bath. Not too hot. The attached restaurant was delicious and happy hour was great. Did not receive warm cookies on arrival however.
I would never stay at this establishment again. Its not up to Hilton standards. Its outdated. Its dirty. And i will never again put a deposit down on a room at check in time. Im still waiting to be reimbursed for $50.00. There was one bright moment, and that was the gentleman i checked in & out with. He was knowledgeable and polished. Axels was another disappointment. That was ridiculous.
Quite, nice staff. But housekeeping needs improvement, missed alot in our room dirty sock and towel found under bedskirt. Nice Starbucks on site and restaurant.
The staff was very accommodating. Pool, restaurant, bar, happy hour. The best was the chocolate chip cookies we got when we checked in!
Not a safe area as people lurking around teh property, a homeless person tent across the road set up. While we we were dead asleep at 330AM we had someone open our door and try to enter our room but he safety latch we had on saved us from a person coming in at 330am. I called the front desk and staff acted like no big deal and said it was probably housekeeping as the hire this out third party and said they would look into it in the morning. I have never heard of 330am housekeeping and this person tried to come in full force as shook entire room when it hit the safety latch. I have still not received full answers as it being investigated but will never stay at a double tree again.
Convenient location near shopping, restaurants etc, free parking, nice pool area. Have stayed here twice, would stay again. Staff is very kind/helpful.
I was very upset that the front desk let so many people check in early that there was no reservations left for the pool when I checked in at the regular check in time. When I originally made my reservation I called ahead to check their pool situation and make sure that I would get a spot and she told me that wouldn’t be a problem. Also, the lady at the front desk took forever to contact someone to bring me a loading cart while I waited in the lobby with my 1 year old. The phone in my hotel room was junk, the number 1 was broken so I couldn’t order room service. Also, since it was Mother’s Day, they said they weren’t doing room service, just a brunch at 10am and I was hungry much earlier than that. But yet it was advertised ALL OVER the hotel that room service 7am-10pm or something like that. Lastly, after telling the front desk we wanted late checkout, they continued to ask and even sent housekeeping.
Toilet took 3 flushes to even get one square of TP down. Wasn’t very clean.
