This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Great place in Minneapolis!
The Sable was a great place to stay in Minneapolis! Located close to Target Stadium and a few blocks from the river walk. There were lots of restaurant choices nearby. We were here to help our daughter move into her apartment as a graduate student at the University of Minnesota which was a quick and easy drive to the campus.
The apartment was very clean and the management team was wonderful and brought extra towels since there were three of us. We loved having a kitchen which was well stocked. Minnestay thought of all the little things like extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well great location and comfortable stay
This was a great stay. Getting there from the airport is very simple, you just get on the blue line on the metro, land on the last stop and then its a <10 min walk. Also, the apartment was very well stocked. especially appreciated the coffee grinder and complimentary coffee beans. If i got to Minneapolis again I would definitely try to stay here!
