Very nice place to stay! Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is expensive and I was not informed until I got to property that had to pay $25.00 for valet parking. I felt forced into it because they told me they had to park my car instead of letting me do it. Over all experience was good.
Place was clean beds were not comfortable and $30 a day to park was a bit ridiculous
Great staff and location. Always stay here when in Minneapolis.
parking a problem. valet is too expensive very prompt but only choice. maybe offer shuttle to hockey , volleyball and the barn
Spent two nights taking our son to U-MN orientation. The room was comfortable and big enough for the five of us. The parking attendants as well as the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was convenient to the University as well as Minneapolis Light Rail. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in did not hurt, either.
We got in very late and the night clerk was so sweet. They allowed us to have a late check out, without having to ask. The bed was super comfortable!
We were able to walk to the surgery center making it less stressful.
While had mixup on room accommodations first night manager made every effort to compensate

We're very glad you enjoyed your stay, despite finding the valet to be of lesser value. If you are able to find it, guests are welcome to utilize metered street parking instead.
Thank you for the positive review.
