Nice 👍
the check-in was fine what i don't like is the long walk to the room the far end of the building on the 3rd floor no elevator on that end of the building there couldn't have been 50 people in the whole place
Ground floor was very cold.
I like the classic look, but could use some upgrades
No way to keep them from laundering your towels. So so restaurant.
It was quiet and comfortable. I was there for a work meeting and it was laid out well and the food was great.
Our room wasn’t cooling properly and there were a few lights out in our room.
Place was a dump. We had a newborn baby with us and lost $600 as had prepaid for multiple rooms and between condition of property and the clientele were concerned about safety. Just left and stayed elsewhere.
Quick trip to the Twin Cities for a Christmas party in Wayzata on a cold December weekend. Hotel was conveniently located close to Wayzata, and the staff was very cordial and helpful.
Everything was good but the front desk staff did not provide a receipt.
I looked all over for a place that we could bring out small Shiba Inu dog with us; Either it was very expensive, or the places were horrible. We couldn't believe the listing when we first saw it, the price was so reasonable. Our stay was perfect, the rooms were nice, upper scale furnishings and many amenities. Plus, our dog's stay was free. I would stay there again in a heart beat.
Massive hotel with a very nice convention center. Wonderful lunch at the hotel restaurant. Beautiful location in Plymouth, tucked on the edge of a residential area. Half mile from shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately our flight from Phoenix was delayed over two hours. As a result we arrived, at the hotel, considerably after midnight. When we arrived we learned that as we hadn't checked in before midnight we were a no show and had no reservation. We were told "Expedia" refused to authorize charges for our stay and were unable to check in for over an hour. After two frustrating calls with Orbitz, the hotel Night Manager took pity on us and put us in a room. Subsequently we were informed that our room was paid for by Expedia. I had thought that a reservation which was non-cancelable and non-refundable guaranteed the room for the period reserved. My wife and I are perplexed and terribly disappointed by this experience. While Orbitz (or Expedia) had no control over the delay of our flight, and subsequent late arrival, I find that accepting my payment and then failing to provide the service purchased represents the poorest of customer service.
All my needs were taken care off. Some before I even requested. Great stay.
The staff is very friendly I love my stay❤️ I would recommend to any friends and family I would return to stay here again if I m back in the area.
We got there and had to switch rooms due to wrong room given. Then when we got to our right room there was hair in the bathroom and hair in the bed with food crumbs. We left the hotel and did not stay and went to a different hotel in the area.
