F- Towls stained and smelt like they were sitting in a basement for a year re washed before use No instrutions on remote. 1 remote for both tvs. Alarm was set from someone else and went off in the early morning. It was okay. I like the layout of the room. It is very homey. The lobby is superb. Uber car and food can find the hotel quick. Although some of the evening receptionists were not very approachable (at least to an introvert). Also, a staff lying down on a lobby couch gives off a less professional image. Maybe provide a quarter for them to rest in. And yeah, there were bags of trash left on the hallway for two days. Finally, a moldy unwashed dishes? That’s not good. Otherwise, the facilities themselves were good. The room I got is very liveable.

The room is super nice and Kiki at the front desk is awesome, unfortunately, I had to change my room two times for a one night stay because of a broken toy in one room and then a broken television in the other. This also happened the last time I stayed here. Really nice hotel just needs better maintenance and making sure the rooms are ready before people check in.

The front desk staff were wonderful. This is a great option for families. It allows us all to be together but have some privacy and comfort. My only concern is the cleanliness. The washing machine smelled and had tons of hair. The was also hair in the tub and clumps of hair in the bathroom floor.

I've been to this property 3-4 times now and have NEVER had a problem with the rooms. This last stay on 10/11/3025 was very disappointing. It smelt like smoke inside, there was a dirty cup put away with all the clean cups which made me feel like all the clean dishes were actually dirty. There was a big ugly stain on the couch in the common area that looks disgusting like it was blood or some kind of sauce.
