The front office staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. I made a reservation for two rooms through Expedia, and when we arrived, they only had our reservation for one room. Also, they charge an "incidental" amount, in this case $163.00. I was never informed of this charge. I was only told about a $20 "hold" charge. I texted back and forth with Tori, the manager, to get help and a receipt and got no response. When I finally did get her on the phone, she told me I would have to wait at least 5-7 days to get that "incidental" charge refunded. I still have never received an invoice from our stay even though I have requested it twice.
