The front office staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. I made a reservation for two rooms through Expedia, and when we arrived, they only had our reservation for one room. Also, they charge an "incidental" amount, in this case $163.00. I was never informed of this charge. I was only told about a $20 "hold" charge. I texted back and forth with Tori, the manager, to get help and a receipt and got no response. When I finally did get her on the phone, she told me I would have to wait at least 5-7 days to get that "incidental" charge refunded. I still have never received an invoice from our stay even though I have requested it twice.

I got a very cold reception when I checked in. The manager, Tory did not even acknowledge or greet me. I was not offered the parking pass and the only reason I knew I needed to have one was because the gentleman in front of me was offered a pass. I had to remind her couple times before she finally gave me a pass. I didn’t think too much of it. However, I had to again interact with her when I checked out and I requested a receipt to be emailed. I have been asking them to email me the receipt and they still are not doing it. The rooms were terribly outdated. The sheets smelled stale and moldy. The food had very limited options. As a vegetarian, the only option I had was pancake, and even the pancake machine was broken. However, the lady at the food counter was very courteous and pleasant.

Honestly everything was good until the room that was next door to us. It was a terrible experience from 630 pm until 4 am. They were loud, annoying, fighting, cussing and then the cops came banging on doors etc.
