I got a very cold reception when I checked in. The manager, Tory did not even acknowledge or greet me. I was not offered the parking pass and the only reason I knew I needed to have one was because the gentleman in front of me was offered a pass. I had to remind her couple times before she finally gave me a pass. I didn’t think too much of it. However, I had to again interact with her when I checked out and I requested a receipt to be emailed. I have been asking them to email me the receipt and they still are not doing it. The rooms were terribly outdated. The sheets smelled stale and moldy. The food had very limited options. As a vegetarian, the only option I had was pancake, and even the pancake machine was broken. However, the lady at the food counter was very courteous and pleasant.

Honestly everything was good until the room that was next door to us. It was a terrible experience from 630 pm until 4 am. They were loud, annoying, fighting, cussing and then the cops came banging on doors etc.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and rooms were clean. Breakfast was provided each morning and there was a good selection. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and is in a good location close to a nice shopping area with a grocery store and restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent. The food selection was great and it was tasty. The only bummer would be that there was a very loud buzzing noise outside of our room. I told the front desk, but it wasn’t corrected and no one even let us know that the problem was looked at by someone. The noise was loud enough that it kept us awake.
