1. Checked in….walked down to take a hot tub. Hot tub not working. 2. Got up next morning coffee maker not working. Walked down to the lobby no coffee. 3. Asked for different coffee maker brought it back to room didn’t work either. 4. Got up today. No hot water for a shower. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A REFUND.

We had multiple items in our room that did not work properly...tv, drain in tub did not drain. Ice machine on our floor did not work. The bar, which was advertised as a highlight, was not there anymore and the bread items in the breakfast were stale. Both mornings we were there.

The room was great! Breakfast was adequate. I chose this hotel for the unique looking hot tub and was greatly disappointed that the jets did not work. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm but jets are important for the experience. It appeared that they had been broken for awhile also.

Everything was great except the shower needs a good cleaning. Lots of black spots on the wall. Not sure if it is mold or not. Get rid of that and it will be perfect. Very nice hotel.
