Peace and quiet. Beauty and function. Stretch out and enjoy this luxury 'apartment' - - in this beautiful Milton home. Your separate entrance opens into your spacious open concept living room/kitchen.

Enjoy two outdoor living spaces -- the covered front veranda complete with with a gas fire table (gas provided as a $35 add on amenity) and cozy throws, and a large screened in back porch for outdoor dining or lounging. Both spaces have beautiful wooded views and string lighting.

Take a soak in a beautiful claw foot tub! This elegant bathroom in south wing of the apartment is shared by the queen and full bedrooms -- both with private bathroom entrances.

Tastefully decorated in a comfortable, eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings, this luxury apartments has hardwoods floors, granite counter tops, a huge cherry top island, fireplace, beautiful decor, screened porch, hammock, and rocking chair veranda - all nestled in the woods but minutes from conveniences.

This beautiful space is perfect for a corporate rental, for someone looking to relocate to Milton (we are in the Cambridge High School district), for someone visiting family nearby, or for someone looking for a getaway that isn't so far away.

Milton is peppered with equestrian farms. Our quiet gravel road is lined with several of them. Enjoy daily walks or runs up and down its mile long park-like terrain.

This is not a subdivision home! With nearly three private acres, our home has multiple outdoor living areas to enjoy this peaceful, wooded setting. And rural though it is, we have conveniences galore five miles away - - Ga 400, Milton and Alpharetta shopping and restaurants, MARTA Park-and-Ride, and many corporate offices.

We also rent a guest suite, mini studio on the terrace level which is also available for rent on this site. If you are interested in adding one or two more guests to your party, this space is ideal. It offers a private patio, kitchenette, a full bed, and private bathroom. We always communicate with our guests if someone is renting that space to let them know who to expect on the property.

We also occupy the lower/terrace level and offer excellent customer service as a result of our close proximity. For our privacy, we ask that our guests not use the back yard (unless arranged in advance), but the front yard is all yours:-). While the screened porch is for your private use, we share the back deck and propane grill with you, but we try to give our guests as much privacy as possible.

Our goal is to give our guests a beautiful, peaceful, private home-away-from-home experience.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

A Very Special Place
The accommodations and hosts were fantastic! The house was very cozy with comfortable furniture, and had all the extras sometimes not included…like starter coffee! The location was great. Close to everything yet far enough away to feel the tranquility of the area. The hosts were very personable and helpful with local information. I would definitely stay again.

An Oasis near the city

Pefect short stay in a lovely spot
My friends and I found this property to be absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The screened porch is particuarly lovely, nestled in the trees. The place is private, quiet, and beautifully appointed. Laurie is a marvelous hostess, and attentive to guests' needs. We chose the upgrade which includes the King Suite and it is gorgeous. Since there were three of us, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was nothing short of luxurious! Thanks so much, Laurie and David!

In town for 4 nights to visit family. The space was very clean and comfortable…and just as advertised. Hostess was readily available and responsive (also gentle and kind). We enjoyed the non-paved road for daily walks alongside lovely horse farms, and appreciated the dark and quiet of the neighborhood. We will be back!
