The room was disgusting. There were stains dripping down the wall. The fold out couch had sheets on it that had not been changed (which was obvious since the previous guest left large fluid stains on them). The tv screens had been wiped down with something that left a streaky film all over them. Surfaces (tv’s, remotes, door handles, furniture) were all tacky. The stovetop emitted enough smoke to set off fire alarms before I had a chance to even put food on it. They had no other suites so I cleaned the room myself with supplies I got from the front desk. SHAME on housekeeping.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, close to shopping.

It was a clean and nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and professional.It is situated in an area where you can easily connect to any part of Milford.

It was a business trip in Hopkinton. The hotel location was great but inside the hotel was just average. There are not many food locations near by other than Burger King and Paneera. If update drive within 5 miles there are many things to eat

Problem with Checkin orbitz to blame not the hotel

Cleanliness was an issue in room. Did not restock coffee and toiletries over multiple day stay. Soda machine in hallway was broken without out of order sign on it. Airlines lost my bagged (obviously not hotels fault), but after going to front desk and letting them know I was expecting it my bag was delivered the next night by airline, however staff did not let me know. It wasn't until I was headed out the door the next morning for conference that I asked and found it had been delivered.

We only stayed for one quick night but it was nice. The front desk person was good and the place was clean and quiet.

Great value, the full sized beds were a little small but super comfortable. The staff was amazing, we lost one of our phones in the sewer and they helped us fish it out! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. A great experience

It was fine. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little lacking as we got there a bit later than the rest of the crowd. Very convenient to 495.

Not as clean as expected. Room had a overly perfume odor left from cleaning crew. Asked for new room and front desk said they would send up some odor eliminating spray. We explained that we did not want to breathe in more room freshener. Was not giving a different room when asked for one.

The people greeting and checking us in were rough. Poor manners and not professional in appearance. The room was comfortable and not a problem for us because we can climb stairs with luggage. But, their elevator was broken and many folks were struggling to get to their rooms with only the cement stairwell for access. Breakfast was ok but the area was messy with spilled food all over the counters and I had to open a cupboard underneath the coffee maker and restock cups myself. There is a wonderful walking/bike trail just up the road!! A pleasant surprise. The company we booked with was the best part of this experience. When we couldn't find a room dealing directly with the hotel, they provided one without incident! So easy, booked online, paid online and had no issues with check-in/check out. Thank you!!!

Stayed for the JAY Z and BEYONCE concert, was a cheap place, moderately close, worth the money. Only disappointment was no scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast haha otherwise, a good deal and hotel! Friendly staff!

Staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located to where we were going.

The hotel was clean. The room was well kept and has everything I'd expect to find in a hotel in this price range. Right off the highway, but not so close that you hear the car noise. Good free breakfast that saves $$ you would spend outside.

The mattress was firm which is very important for me. Continental breakfast was decent. Excellent location.

We stayed here while traveling after staying at a Comfort Inn the night before. This room wasn't bad but was not as comfortable or as nice as the room night before.

Cleanliness was an issue in room. Did not restock coffee and toiletries over multiple day stay. Soda machine in hallway was broken without out of order sign on it. Airlines lost my bagged (obviously not hotels fault), but after going to front desk and letting them know I was expecting it my bag was delivered the next night by airline, however staff did not let me know. It wasn't until I was headed out the door the next morning for conference that I asked and found it had been delivered.
