Overall we had a great stay. The location is excellent for getting around the city by transit, and with lots of great, affordable restaurants, bars, and shopping in the neighborhood. There is a grocery store a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is somewhat dark because the only windows look out on the inner alley where the trash cans are. But we didn’t find the (infrequent) noise bothersome. Communication with the manager via WhatsApp was easy and very responsive. The only negatives for us: there is a washer but no dryer and we did laundry a couple of times, which just takes a long time with no dryer. We stayed for three weeks and there was no cleaning service and no extra towels, change of sheets etc. during that time. We had to wash and air dry that stuff too, and had to buy detergent for the laundry and dishes. Overall I would stay again - the apartment was comfortable and the location was fantastic. Thanks!

STAY AWAY from this property. We arrived 8:00 PM and upon contacting the manager with issues he was only concerned with collecting the taxes, he came to collect that night even though there was a storm!! The AC/fan not working and brought a technician but could not be repaired. The trash bins of the whole complex is contouring the apartment, the trash smells inside the apartment even with closed windows! The AC/fan not working and couldn't open the windows because of the trash smell!! Very stuffy!! Day/night you would hear people dropping off the trash. On our second night the light of the complex that emits through the apartment was flickering and when sleeping the light flickered in the rooms. The curtains are not black out. Manager said it's condo issue & we need to set meeting with complex and takes 6 months for tec to come. NO clothes detergent available and NO dryer (they sent a clothes hanger). For two people one week stay only provided small hand soap & two small shampoo bottles and NO cleaning in middle of stay.

This place was perfect for a short stay to see Milan. 10-15 min walk to the Duomo and the metro. Lots of trams but their schedules are not as exact as the metro. Walk the other direction from Duomo there is a canal, lots of eateries and a flea market on weekends. The place had everything, proper cooking utensils, washer, hangers to dry, coffee and kettle. THE ONLY CON: is that it is quite dark inside the condo. No natural light. The condo is located in a courtyard on the ground floor, the last unit next to the trash area. You hear everyone dumping and sorting their trash, breaking glass. The trash man starts sorting at 04:30-05:00. There are blinds over many windows because you would look at trash cans and bicycles and people can peer in. At night these bright lights come on, to light the trash area and thus lights up the master room and front room due to no curtains or blinds over the door or window near bathroom. This was brought to the hosts attention, hopefully it will be fixed
