Very Strange Hotel - Choose with Caution

We were given an "upgrade"to their 10th floor suite which was enormous in size with a full outdoor "private" terrace, and nice leather furniture, however what was over accommodated in size, it lacked in cleanliness, non functioning bath/shower with a broken handle, broken thermostat (which we had to leave open windows to cool down) literally towels with HOLES in them and filthy indoor- out door carpet throughout with stains which I would not recommend walking on without shoes . It resembled a backdrop for an Italian 90's soft porn movie complete with a staged platform bed, red tiled bath room with giant tub and red gloss and matte black color scheme throughout. The in room coffee maker and kettle was an appreciated amenity and the breakfast was very good for the price. When we told the desk attendant about the broken shower, he just replied "oh sorry about that". They also highly advised us using a taxi of their choosing and not Uber, only later to find out it was more expensive. Kick back city! We were very happy to leave Milan.

The Staff were all very helpful. Piero was amazing (from the bar area). The only complaint is that the room got very hot. Which is good but even though we tried lowering the temp it was very hot. Otherwise, Glam Hotel is a great choice to stay while visiting Milan.

Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!

AC Heating making room like a sauna

Amazing room and breakfast was incredible for the price. Main issue was the AC screen in the room didn’t work and was unable to turn off the heating making my room feel like a sauna without the window open. This made me wake up in the night twice due to being too hot. Apart from that amazing stay
