My husband and I stayed at Hotel Napoleon early 2017. They said they have several rooms with just a shower (without bathtub). Smaller rooms are not uncommon in Europe so we did not mind much. But this shower room.... it has clear glass partitions and a tiny sliding door to separate it from the rest of the bath room. My large size husband could not simply cannot enter it. For people with sizes that require Xs on shirts, I recommend finding a hotel elsewhere. Switch/lighting problems, dirty bathtub, balcony windows that won't close... to name a few more issues we encountered. We met very dedicated staffs to correct them (thank you), but you know, it is Italy... there were some other staffs... who just talk of excuses without actions.
I stayed here for two nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The superior double room was clean, well designed and comfortable. I would say it was rather small but it is OK for the money value in Europe. It was enough for one person. Breakfast is very good here! Metro is just a few minutes walk away and it was very easy to explore the city!
We stayed here in January 2017 weekend 20th to 22nd, it was a couple weekend break away. We used public transport to find our way to the hotel which was simple using the train and the underground. The underground station is within 1 minute walking distance to the hotel. The check in process was extremely simple our card had been pre authorised and we simply had to sign upon check out we stayed in room 305 which was opposite the lift i thought this may be an issue but you honestly cannot hear any noise when you are in the bedroom. The lift was extremely small perfect if you have little luggage but may be an issue if you have larger suitcases. The decor of the hotel was chic it was black and white high gloss so it was very shiny with a classy polished finish. The bedroom was located on the 3rd floor, it was a double room which contained a standard size bed which was very very comfortable. The room was little small but perfect in the sense that it had enough storage through drawyers, wardrobe space and besside tables. The bathroom was out of this world it had a space saving sliding door it contained a toilet, bidet and a massive shower that could fit more than one person ;) there was a speaker embedded in the tiles ao that you were able to hear the televison whilst in the bathroom. The floor was heated which felt amazing underfoot. Breakfast was intimate and nice several tables that continued the balck and white theme. It was a continental brakfast a buffet with coffee and tea served at the table. There was a good selection of cheeses and cold meats/ fruit/ cereal. We did not dine at the hotel ao therefore unable to comment. The hotel had a private area located near rerception which would be great for a family for a special occasion/ meeting/ gathering. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and nothing was too much bother. We had an early flight back to the UK therefore enquired about taxi which was approximately €100 however staff advised us to use public transport which was a huge saving. We throughly recommend this hotel which is perfect for couples i am unsure whether they have room for familes but as a couple absolutely pefect.
Central locations. Next to the underground Lima station and not far from the Central train station. Just several stops to take you to Duomo centre of Milano.. Clean room.Breakfast was very nice . Continental served with variety of cold meat ,cheese and salad and also scrambled egg and sousages.Would recommend and would stay again if traveling to Milan...
Easy access to all of the shopping on Buenos Aries street and to Lima metro. Rooms are fairly small and the breakfast limited. Perfect for somewhere to lay your head and I cannot knock the friendly staff. Not world class but an acceptable boutique hotel.
Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, would recommend. Taken ill on 3rd night reception staff excellent. Would recommend. Hotel close to metro purchase a ticket for 24 hours 4.50 euros easy journey to cathedral and designer shops otherwise main shopping street on your doorstep. Train station 10 minute walk to hotel if you get a bus from airports about 8 euros, they drop you off outside - much cheaper than a taxi.
Lovely weekend stay at this great hotel brilliant location metro for centre at end of street, staff all very helpful and polite nothing to much trouble, brilliant breakfast choices , rooms and all areas of hotel very clean and new, our room was great too with balcony they even had chairs in wardrobe to sit on balcony, everything you need in room you need they had thought of it !! Would defiantly recommend only negative no English television channels
We stayed here on a VPrive 4-night break to sample this fashion capital of Europe, if not the world. It is situated on the NE part of the city within two minutes walk to the nearest metro station, Lima. It is also within walking distance from the Central Train Station, thus very convenient from/to the airport by train or bus. Not a lot to add to other reviews except to confirm that the hotel has been recently refurbished. The rooms are small but adequate. We stayed at Rm 404 which is at the front facing the street. Even on the 4th floor, one can still hear the noise of rubbish carts and delivery vans and the partition is thin enough to hear what's going on next door most of the time. Breakfast is OK and service by Rosy was very good with freshly made Italian coffee. The only English TV channel was CNN. There is no tea/coffee making in the room and don't forget the city tax to be paid on check out.
Location is a 2 minute walk from metro and also from major high street / mid-range type shopping, yet is in a quiet road with some little shops and a neighbourhood type tea room/wine bar. Breakfast was included and was standard fare, ok. Place was clean. Had room for 4 with sofa converting to a double bed. Big jacuzzi in room and great to have two separate full bathrooms - very convenient.
Very smart and very clean rooms and hotel which is a good thing. Nice location and within walking distance of shops. Everything about the hotel is "tiny" i.e. they have tried to pack as many rooms in to the real estate as possible. There is barely enough room to walk around the bed. And the rooms are so close to each other that you can hear what is going on next door! The breakfast hall and options are very limited and again the tables are tiny! Maybe I'm just too big but I'm only 85Kg so not overweight!
