It was very convenient to the train station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but there were a few areas needing repair. Bed was comfortable, shower was great! We would stay there again.

What you pay for here is entirely the convenience factor. The nearby central station and adjoining market make it an excellent place to stay if you’re using Milan as a launch point for your adventures, or need a quick place to crash out in between travel legs. No fans or air, which can make it noisy when you inevitably need to open the windows. The staff are super friendly and nice, speak multiple languages, and allowed us to stow our bags after checkout for a quick walk about before catching our connecting train. Otherwise, a completely reasonable, no frills place to stay.

Bad looking from outside, but very clean inside, and 100% convenient for short stays that require being close to Milano Centrale or Malpensa. The only issue we had is that the WiFi did NOT work, and the staff did nothing to fix it. European service, I guess!

Not a 4-5 Star Hotel

Location is very convenient to train station. But this property is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Very sterile feeling… almost like a hospital based on the white walls and white floor tiles. The area directly outside hotel feels sketchy. The morning we were leaving we walked out and a guy was peeing at his car. I would not feel comfortable for my wife or daughter to step out after dark in the immediate area of hotel.

One of the closest hotels to Milano Central Station. I was going to take the train to the Airport however there are buses that sit outside the hotel so took a bus to the Airport instead. It was a great ride and so convenient. The hotel was awesome for an overnight stay with multiple dining options nearby. Room was excellent for a solo traveler and even had a terrace. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great, but to find seven hotels in one building was a bit of a shock. The Central hotel is on the second floor and breakfast on the fourth. original old lift in good working order. generally a good hotel very close the the central station
