Disliked: Check-in, communication
This apartment was fine. It’s very small, which is indicated in the listing. It was clean enough, but it could use some updates. Several things were a little shabby and broken (the window shade kept falling off, the shower didn’t drain, the laminate is peeling off the sink, etc.). The bed was uncomfortable and the apartment was very warm due to there being little circulation. When I reached out with a couple questions, the management office was very polite and responsive during business hours. The building and location were nice for us.
