Warning: Do not book this hotel if you're traveling with someone you're not comfortable seeing naked. The shower opens right into the room, meaning whoever is in the room with you can see the shower while you're in it. There is a shower curtain, but things get difficult when you need to get dressed. Do you put your clothes on the floor where they inevitably get wet then put them on in the shower while being dripped on? Or do you wrap yourself in a towel and shuffle awkwardly over to the toilet room? I tried the former, and settled on the latter. The sink tap was put on backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot, the shower was lukewarm if you didn't take an early shower, and scalding hot/hard to adjust if you did. The lighting was dim, making it hard to read in the room, but also there was an LED as bright as a thousand suns that kept the room lit when the lights were off. There is a giant mirror behind reception, reflecting all the data on the reception desk's computers. Yay for data security. They don't have a "don't clean my room" sign, which is wasteful when they wash towels and change toilet paper even though you don't need them to. On a positive note, the staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They saved it from a one-star review. But whoever designed this hotel did not do a good job, and no amount of good staff can fix that.

The hotel was modern but didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities and no bar. Whilst close to the train and metro the area wasn’t great, looked run down & I wouldn’t have wanted to walk in some streets after dark.

Very clean rooms. Convenient to the train station (directly across the street) . The breakfast was lovely and a wonderful view across the city while sipping your cappucino. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient.

Perfect for being across the Centrale station. It is functional, rooms ok for a few days. No real lobby or place to chill otherwise your room. I stayed in a twin room on this occasion and the bathroom situation was difficult as it’s not separated off so you step out for everyone to see. Otherwise always a pleasant say.
