The apartment is very run down and much smaller than advertised. The host(s) are responsive and the apartment is cleaned regularly. When pressed on the apartment size the host mentioned that the apartment is 120 "commercial" sq meters, as is commonly the advertising practices in Milan. If you are not from Milan I don't know how you would know this. The useable area, in my estimation is under 100 Sq meters. The kitchen has no oven. Plate and glass wear are available but you will be required to buy all oils and spices. The coffee machine appears to have never been cleaned and the coffee tastes terrible. There are several coffee shops nearby.

The property itself was wonderful and the service/feedback from the management was quick and responsive. Only downside was the overall location. We ended up spending most of the time away in other parts of the city, but the apartment was a blessing to return to for rest and recuperation. Would recommend and stay at a this or a similar property again!

As there were just two of us it was a spacious apartment- big bedroom with lots of storage. Efficient shower, spotless bathroom and a very well equipped flat - had every pan/ crockery and utensils you could ever need in a kitchen. Plus a separate lounge area that could accommodate another guest. Location ideal for transport, shops and well lit for an evening stroll. Only suggestions - could have had thicker curtains as bedroom was never totally dark; and we didn’t like the use of multiplugs, particularly in the kitchen. All in all excellent place to spend time, seemed so much more than a holiday let. Milan Retreats staff very keen to ensure we were well looked after.

This was a total misrepresentation from what we had booked . Pictures online are NOTHING like the tiny shoebox of a room we got , broken toilet seat and shower didn’t drain properly . Eventually found kettle and cutlery where I couldn’t even reach it was too high . Would NEVER recommend this as it’s not what we paid for and you are taken people for a ride . The only positive was the location , great restaurants nearby and 5 min walk to Milan centrale .

Overall, the property was clean. Bathrooms were excellent. Furniture was ok. Bedrooms were clean. Only thing was the double bed was not comfortable. The mattress was stiff. Location was excellent. Close to the station. Building felt safe with locked main door during evening time. View from flat was nice. Supermarket next door. Internet was slow if you needing to watch YouTube on TV. Management was superb. Always checking on us via WhatsApp if anything was needed. Provided refreshing clean every other day. Would I go again: very likely، yes.

Hello, this apartment is very convenient for the train station or city centre. We walked to the city centre but there are trams or metro. The communication from the management company was amazing even sending a video or door to door which really sets your mind at ease in an unfamiliar place. Excellent.
