The hotel is centrally located, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from a metro stop. The service was excellent, they helped us with a tricky transportation/luggage issue. The hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely. My only complaint, though a big one, was that it was very noisy. They have tile floors in the hallways and no soundproofing. You hear every footstep and conversation as if it is happening in your room. The tram also passes by right outside, but that actually didn't bother me. If you happen to have quiet neighbors, you may be fine, but if not, it's loud!
Nice hotel. Room and bath typically small but modern. Nice restaurant. Located at corner of busy business district so noise of public rail cars could be problematic for some travelers. Located about 1km from train station. Walkable for young persons without much luggage. Taxi otherwise.
located on the inner ring road so traffic noise, but also at a tram stop with the delightful route 10 still using pre-war carriages so they screech around the corner defeating the hotel's double glazing Room 206 sleepless (the trams run late and start early); with some difficulty, ungracious, relocated to 606 which was slightly better but the air-con controlled centrally and with a mind of its own, one room boiling, the other freezing. Plus points; reasonable location with a nice 20-minute walk to the Duomo; breakfast taken in the attached Bistro, adequate and crowded. This all sounds a little churlish but approach with caution; modern with absolutely no ambience
This was merely an overnight stop before our flight home to the states. What a lovely place! The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Gorgeous rooms with all the amenities you would expect. Across the street from the most lovely cafe you could ever imagine. Would highly recommend this to everyone!
This hotel offers all you need: best service for the best price, great location and a lots of privacy. Neat interior, clean rooms, very good breakfast, helpful and patient stuff. I am really looking forward to come again!
Great hotel with very good location - tram stop outside and underground a couple of mins walk away. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Air conditioning is switched of in the winter which seems to be a very common thing in Italian hotels at this time of year so we opened windows for a few hours in the warm evenings and this was fine. Good price for Milan hotel for one night so this was ideal.
A nice clean hotel, with everything You need. Especially the restaurant during breakfast and the service there, very high quality. Getting also by speaking english. Location average, not too far to even walk downtown. Small minus the train noices for light sleepers.
Often, you choose hotels from a variety of criteria such as location, standard, breakfast, amenities and service. Actually, this hotel has all this but we were unlucky to get one of the warmest rooms with AC off and a fairly noisy tram outside the window. It did not get any better because we did not get any further help to get rid of the problems, but that, for example, turn off all AC because 'it's winter' is a bad idea! Breakfast, service and standard by the way quite ok, but the location is certainly near the station but quite far from all the sights in the city center. The rating for the hotel really becomes 3 but our experience unfortunately only 2.
We stayed here on our first stop in Italy, it’s a short walk to the Duomo which made site seeing very easy, and a short taxi ride to the train station. So right in the centre of it all. Breakfast buffet was really great too, loads of variety. Very friendly staff!
Very helpful stuff, good enough breakfast, very good location, but the trams passing in front of the hotel are very noisy especially early in the morning. Try to avoid the first two floors. Wifi is good and stable, and the water and refreshments at the mini bar are free
