Nice clean hotel. Good location, close to both the Milan Central and Porta Girabaldi train stations and the metro, plus a quick metro ride or walk to the main attractions in Milan. Staff was friendly, but I wish they had been a little more helpful with transportation needs and tips on sites in the area.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Milan people is the worst and that made it a really bad experience overall.

Good location. Staff are not very friendly. Cafe is very hectic.

Nice hotel close to train. Breakfast was great, could get a taxi in less that 3 mins

Perfecto! We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was included and very good.

Courteous staff. Convenient location. Great breakfast with delicious, authentic Italian dishes.

Location: Walking distance (5 min) away from metro station Amenities: Upon checking in, we were handed a room key to someone else's room...there was no one inside but it was apparent that someone else's belongings were already scattered about. This was concerning because this was definitely a security issue-we hoped that someone wasn't being given access to our room! The front desk did upgrade our room to a suite as an apology. We drove and there was a single parking spot with a bed painted on it when we pulled up. We didn't realize that was the parking for the hotel and drove around 3 times trying to find the entrance to the hotel parking before giving up and double parking. The front desk told us to drive the wrong direction (it's a one way street) to the parking garage, "because everyone does it." Fortunately, we didn't get into an accident! Value: Given that we received a room upgrade (at the cost of security), there were no complaints solely from a value perspective. Cleanliness: The maid service came by when we were eating breakfast and she hadn't finished by the time we came back to the room. It was rather odd because she didn't leave, she just finished what she was doing in a rush and then left. She forgot to give us towels so we had to ask for them at the front desk. Other than that one incident, there were no issues and we didn't have any complaints as it relates to cleanliness. Noise: There is a trolley of some sort that passes right in front of the hotel. It passe

Unfortunately they were banging and banging all day fixing something. How water was out due to repairs.

The hotel was great. Its not super close to the duomo area but it s only 3 stops away on the metro. Very nice breakfast and free mini bar. Overall a great deal.

Although we were only in Milan for one night, the hotel was lovely, the parking was easy and the staff was wonderful!

We were in for only one night so I can't comment in any length. Good location.
