This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a walkable part of Milano. The staff is very helpful and and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast and hope to stay here again.

Granted it was Fashion Week in Milan but we were charged nearly twice the normal rate for mediocre accommodations. The room was small, worn, and outdated. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The one bright spot was the staff who were excellent, and the location was convenient.

First room (525) on level 5 had a fan on roof which was an issue as very little sleep on first night. Asked hotel staff to be moved and we got another room on 2nd floor which was good. Great staff and breakfast. Pity no food other than breakfast served, but plenty great eateries nearby. Would stay at this hotel again

The staff was exemplary but the accommodations were underwhelming. They told us we were given an upgrade so I cannot imagine what our original room was like. The room had two twin beds put together, side tables and one folding wooden chair in the corner. Definitely disappointed from what I saw online when reserving. I felt like it was in a hostile. Beautiful staircase. Outdoor seating area was horrible. Dirty with all kinds of stuff just laying around. Inside the halls were very worn down with marks all over the walls. Again, staff was exemplary but accommodations were lackluster and very disappointing. Also, again, our room was a “upgrade” from a “standard” room. I can’t imagine what that room was like.
