Check in - very easy you get an email sent to you that opens the main door, gate and lock box (you literally press open and the main gate buzzes open for you) Apartment - perfect location there is a metro stop 12 min walk and the tram is 5 min walk, 20 min walk to the spa. Cleanliness - immaculate The apartment is on a road where there are lots of local restaurants and bar. We were 2 young females travelling and we felt very safe in that area. Really recommend this place for anyone staying in Milan
