We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Milan and could not fault it! On arrival we were met by a lovely girl who I noticed was a trainee! She could not have been more helpful! She gave us tons of information and really went above and beyond! We used the swimming pool and spa which was also kept immaculately clean. Our room was amazing! We could not believe how nice and spacious it was. Also every time we returned to our room our beds were made with complementary chocolates. I would also recommend the hotel bar for cocktails as they were also very good! I cannot comment on the food as we were only staying two nights and did not get a chance to eat at the hotel. We found it extremely easy to access the city centre with a short 20 minute tram journey which is expected when getting all of the above for such a good price. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Milan! I will definitely be back if ever back in Milan. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Clark and Steven
I stayed here on a business trip and decided to upgrade to a suite. The staff were welcoming and their English was excellent. The hotel was spotless and everyone we met was incredibly polite and well trained. The suite was out of this world and perfect in every way. We dined at the hotel that evening and the food was beautifully presented with lots of thought, incredibly tasty and excellent value for money, plus, again, the staff were wonderful. The room was very quiet and cool and could not have been better. I would happily stop here on our net trip to Milano. In fact, I would only really want to stop here! Thank you for a perfect stay! One of the best hotels I have stopped in in a long time. Thanks!
My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way back from the Italian Riviera, located not far from Il centro shopping center and the airport. Good large room with a spectacular view of Milan. Added bonus is the location of a spa featuring sauna and indoor pool of a reasonable size. Good breakfast and attentive service. On site parking is a bit steep at 20 euros for 24 hours, but there's not too many options on street. The only thing I would suggest improving is the lighting. I can understand the requirement to create an atmosphere, but I found it just to dim
I used to work at Radisson Blu in London back in 2013 therefore my expectations were high. The staff were fairly nice so I won’t be harsh and i’ll rate my stay a two. The disappointment started when we first walked into our room, we had booked a family room. The room given to us was in-fact a double room with a single bed thrown in the middle leaving us with no space to walk around. The bed was literally thrown in the middle, no exaggeration. The single bed looked like it was picked up on a highway in the middle of the night. The bed was a huge hazard for the 3 of us staying in the room. As we barley had any space, I accidentally hit myself on the bed as there was a metal piece hanging out, which ripped through my trousers and has now left me with a scar. This is seriously not suitable for anyone paying a decent amount of money to receive a bed of this standard. In addition, we was not supplied with an iron, we called reception and requested one, an hour later we still have no iron until we had to call again in annoyance. If they really cared about their guests they would have never made us wait so long. Moving on, at the end of our stay, we were told to pay a €45 fee. When I asked what this was for she mentioned something along the lines of “city tax” and it was written on my confirmation email. I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid the fee with the intentions of following it up. Upon reading the confirmation emails throughly nothing on the emails mentioned anything about city tax. I have followed this up and it is currently being investigated. Honestly, for a well known and respected hotel the service we received was terrible and we have absolutely no intentions of going back.
Nothing more, nothing less; helpful staff, reasonable price and what you'd expect from a radisson! The bar has a good atmosphere, although if it needed some more, it would be more lifts! Trying to get up or down in the morning is almost impossible!
I’ve visited Milan before in May i think I don’t remember exactly but the weather was much better, last time in January it was very cold and windy, the weather was very dry and cold, you can’t enjoy looking around you, you just want to walk and cover your self from the cold wind which is slapping your body. I stayed in Raddisson Blu for the second time, the hotel is very clean, modern wide rooms, good services, and warm ambience. The problem is it’s located in a neighborhood, i think you should have a car to roam around the city from that area or even you can use any kind of transportation like taxi or metro or even bus stops, but we had a car. The most negative aspect of having a car in europe is the car parkings prices ! They are really expensive costing you at least 20 euros per day or even more ! But it’s more safer actually in some cities there. The hotel has restaurants and a garden view cafe, plus a cosy covered swimming pool. I think most of the guests are business guests. But i really like the cleanliness and ambience of the hotel. If I would go to milan I’ll put this hotel in my choices of course. Last time i faced a strange indecent in the hotel, all rooms are having balconies or windows to be opened and you can easily look at the other sides of the hotel from your balcony or window, it was late at night and there was a man roaming inside the hotel from floor to another and sticking on the transparent glass walls of the corridors and staring at the other side of the rooms, i was setting on my bed after having a shower and my balcony door was opened and suddenly i noticed that theres a man inside the hotel staring at the side of our rooms from the other facing side of the hotel, I actually was shocked cause he was not looking normal he was a med aged man and i think he was drunk or maybe had some medicine side effects! I immediately called the security and they came to my room I explained everything for them and in few minutes the man was not there again after waiting for more than one hour of his drama roaming from floor to floor and doing some strange moves. But then it was solved thanks god and i slept late around 1 or 2 am in the morning. Anyways all in all i love that hotel and the neighborhood is very calm.
Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. was welcomed by very friendly staff.so far the best hotel staff I have seen are Hilton Staff. Radisson staff comes to a close second. Almost all the staff put on a smile when the face the guests. I am a Maldivian and tourism sector is the main sector here.so I could compare Maldivian hospitality level where ever I go. I could say Radisson didn't disappoint me. The hotel was not in the best location but the view from the room is very very beautiful. during my 25 days trip to Italy,i been to more than 15 cities and Milan was one of the most difficult cities when it comes to transportation. the hotel receptionists were very helpful and they even provided me with a map of the city and tourist hotspots. the only problem I had in the hotel was that almost all the food items had pork in it. the only thing I could eat was pizza margarita. maybe you can have an extended menu for muslim guests? room was small but very nice. cleanliness is 5*. maybe you could keep a better TV in the room next time? so, in general it was a very good stay. Thank you & I will definitely recommend Radisson Blu Milan to any of my friends who is traveling to Milan.
RadissonBlu is a great hotel, as all Radisson hotels are, but we were disappointed with the location as tourists. The rooms are great, the restaurants are good, the staff is good. But away from the hustle bustle that a tourist is looking for.
Everything is ok, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, friendly stuff. The food is excellent, tasty. Parking is arranged near the hotel. I propose more foreign television programs, because in most cases they are only Italian
I've recently stayed in this hotel. Amazing building, amazing staff, very clean and very quiet. Sadly it's very faraway from the city centre and there's literally nothing nearby. It took me 40 minunte with tram to get to the Duomo area. Also very good rates compared to some other radissons. I would really like to mention a staff member that really stood out. I don't remember the name but it's a young gentleman working at bar and he comes from morocco. I had a great stay. Very disappointed with the location...
