Nice and clean room. Shower water is very good with strong pressure. Front desk is very friendly. Location is also very good. Two minutes walking distance to Central Train station. The TV is not very big. I have not seen such small TV in hotel for a long time.
Avoid this hotel. We stayed 5 nights (nonrefundable) and disliked every moment of our stay. We were treated terribly by an unprofessional and irritable front desk. (others remarked on this fact in prior reviews) Very upsetting. The front desk was fighting with a young couple from Norway when we arrived. Then they started harassing us. We couldn't believe how unhelpful and angry they were. Or why? The room was below average and had a sad overall pallor of age and neglect. The poorly designed bathroom was 3rd World with no grab bars or soap trays and with plumbing fixtures installed upside down. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. When I asked for a fan because AC didn't work front desk refused my request. Many hotels in this area and my recommendation is to avoid this hotel no matter what.
I don't like this hotel :( room is too small .............
Close to train station and a few metro stations. 30 min. walk from historic downtown. 24h front desk. Luggage room. Excellent WiFi. Air-condition
Although it's rated as a three-star hotel, it definitely was not what I experienced. I needed a room for 1 night & would be flying out the next day, so I wanted something reasonably priced. The room was okay sized for 1 person, however the bathroom needs to be updated. The shower stall, where the white caulk was, needs to be cleaned more often. The ceiling also had a large water stain from the room above. Why should any guest need to see that? There are many hotels on the same block, and in the area in general. Choose one of them instead!
The place has a nice location, walking distance from Milano Centrale. There is a nice bakery shop next door, and the internet service and breakfast provided by the hotel were better in my experience than most. Felt this was a good economic solution for travelers willing to skip the bells and whistles for a pragmatic approach and property.
This hotel is near restaurants, cafes, Stazione Centrale and close proximity to Corso Buenos Aries. I even walked to Duomo and the Castle. Hotel was quiet and the concierge personnel were pleasant and helpful.
Very close to central train station! Has wifi but the signal could only be picked up in lobby.had the best shower pressure of any place I have ever stayed in Europe! for the price, I would stay again for sure
They show a shuttle and say it is included until you try and take the shuttle , the shuttle is at the main train station two blocks away and costs 10 Euro's it not included and not at the hotel
This hotel should be called Mennonli- as it is not suited for female travellers. The two men on the front desk were older creepy guys -very unfriendly and surly. They give no information re breakfast or the internet, and are downright rude. The room I had was old and dark, nothing like pictures or reviews, the worst room in 3 weeks travel in Italy and France. The curtain didnt close, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, when I asked for a non smoking room, and you could hear every word coming from nearby rooms, men arguing drunkenly and banging on walls etc. There is a nice looking bar down below, but at 3am I was woken by young people calling out in the street, which went on for an hour. The water pipes are excessively noisy too, so not much sleep was had. Breakfast man was pleasant and there was a good spread, only good part of the stay. I would not recommend for female travellers, especially young women, you won't feel safe here. Glad I only booked one night.
