The host walks you down a haleay where people are smoking indoors. Unlocks a room and points to what bed is yours. After you look on the floor you see a bib cockroach! And host quickly makes you go back to the loby to avoid the problem at hand.
The place was really for the budget traveler. Extra for towels sheets. Several flights of stairs, not for the elderly such as us.
No heating, we had to sleep with our clothes on to keep warm, no soap just an empty dispenser.
There was a shared kitchen which was a plus.
This hostel is a scam.
Very filthy and horrible place to stay.
The room we got did not have a bathroom - we got keys from public bathroom instead. For our complains that the room does not look like the one on picture staff member responded that the picture was taken 5 years ago.
For the complain that the furniture looks differently and it is basically different room came no answer.
The reception, kitchen and relax area are dark and hostile - when you look up you find out that it was a car repair shop before and It has been changed to hostel for scamming tourist.
After 1,5hour of trying to get a normal clean room we gave up and left for other place.
It was a nice property, but it would be better if they put roommates together based on age. We were with three older ladies who did not care for us and were rude to us. Going in, our roommates found out we only spoke English, but they were clearly talking about and complaining about us when we were showing common courtesy. They seemed to have been there a while too. They were very loud and did not care for us. Staff gave us our sheets and were never seen again, and we needed to find them to check out. We felt very uncomfortable in our room, and the bathrooms were disgusting. It was decent enough, but I would not suggest this hostel for young people traveling around.

Disliked: Amenities
As with a hostel I didn't expect luxury and it served its purpose. The shared kitchen was a mess with dishes left unwashed and fridges dirty. Great location for the metro. I would stay again.
Filthy mattress, paid for a room but it was downgraded with not partial refund. They charge you for sheets, for the locker, for the towel and they charge you for dobious tax, and you do not know in advance if you reserve online. The mattress does not have a cover and you can be exposed to catch something ugly. Can't believe it is allowed to stay open!
Although the staff was EXCELLENT the whole hostle experience sucked... I only needed 4 hours to shower and set my luggage down it ended up costing me more than a fancy hotel and they even tried to charge 12€ for the use of the shower and clean towels, it cost me 22€ from the train station and then 31€ from the hostle to the bus station 4 hours later plus a 10€ fee for late check-in due to the immigration stop between France and Italy that resulted in a 2 hour delay of my arrival. My advice is to beware of hostle and their hidden fees.. in my case a stay at 4 seasons may have been a better deal price and comfort wise, but the staff was amazing.
I booked a room and payed for it and they gave us another room saying that the one oli booked the wc was broken, also inpayed for city tax betsheets and after i saw the room and wanted to go from there they refused to give me the money back for the city tax and bedsheet . Do not go there!
Not exactly what you expect to see when your staying in Milano Italy. It is located in the absolute trenches where every wall is covered in graffiti. The staff were friendly and helpful
DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place is absolutely disgusting.
Mysterious stains on the curtains. Giant mysterious stains on the mattresses. Exposed electrical wiring. Water-stained ceiling. Rough linens.
Was booked for 2 nights, immediately left and went to alternate accommodations after check-in.
This is the worst place I stayed last years. I felt like in prison again, the only difference is raht you are free to leave it at any moment. It is cold, dirty and uncosy. Restrooms frightened me. Bad ventilation. Dark lobby.
