convenient and good value but not well maintained

the location was ideal for my needs and the process of booking was smooth. The manager responded quickly to a query. the entrance system is confusing, especially when the stair lighting is not working (which it was not). There are several things in the apartment that are broken or in need of repair, for example the upstairs shower head has no holder and the downstairs one leaks, the roof window blinds have no obvious way to open or close them, and pots and pans are scratched and with loose handles. Overall, the apartment was conveniently located and good value, but with some challenges that I would not expect.
