Modern hotel. Decent sized room. Nice sized bathroom but shower is way too small, makes no sense. Close to the train which is a bonus but far from everything else. Also tried to cancel this hotel right after I booked and they were very un-communicative. Pretty boring all in all.

Stay at NYX Milano, you won’t regret it!

A fabulous location across the road from the train station, especially wonderful of Milano is your base to visit other places in Lombardy or Piedmonte. It’s also an easy walk (about 25-min) to Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle and the Cathedral and La Scalla. The rooms are fabulous, espresso machine, kettle - tea and Nescafé, plus bottled water. I stayed in ‘little star’, very spacious and I cannot fault it. I have already recommended the hotel and will not hesitate staying here again.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is just a few minutes from the main train terminal and an easy walk to the Duomo, Galleria and the fashion and the historic district. Our room was great and the staff very very helpful. We were also able to find great restaurants and cafes within a few blocks.

We arrived before check in time & our room was ready for us, we appreciated that so much as it meant we could go out exploring right away. The room was clean, spacious and smelt very fresh. The door staff were incredibly friendly & helped us with directions & food recommendations. The hotel is in a great location as so close to central station.

This hotel deserves 2 stars. Rooms are super small, not very clean at all, there is suppose to be free water in lobby for guests not true, staff is not responsive to needs and when you step outside there are homeless people passed out on a sidewalk. Very disappointed at price you pay for such a second class hotel with photos on Expedia that are not accurate. Breakfast was awful except for bread. Eggs were watery, sausage hard to chew, coffee was awful of out the machine. When my husband and I got tired of bad hotel food we ordered pizza and went to eat in the open courtyard when a bartender from hotel bar came and yelled at us that we can only eat in our room. Just awful

Customer service was really good, the property is right opposite the central train station - this made it convenient to get around. It took around 8minutes to get to the cathedral and duomo shopping area. The double rooms were of a good size. I would return.
