Very friendly staff, however there is a DJ every night playing loud music! This probably enjoyed by some generations, but not mine! The thumping music could be heard in our room with all windows closed!
The 1st our room we got had lots of fly's buzzing all over the room. If room was cleaned why was not the fly infestation in the room cleared before we checked in. we were transferred to another room after calling it in and housekeeping inspecting the rooms
Helpful front desk staff. TV channels could be better but not a big deal.
It is close to the train station. Chris, who checked us in, was very helpful.

The property was kept up well and the proximity to the train station and metro were perfect. The only tiny knock to the property is that the trains make a earthquake type feeling if you are on a higher floor. The breakfast was fine and if you get cheaper with the room i would suggest it.

My excellent experience is all for the African American concierge gentleman helping with my luggage when I checked out the hotel. Without his wonderfulness, I don’t think the hotel’s service at front desk deserve a 4-star hotel. I thank him very much and the hotel is bless to have him.
Overall experience good. The only bad thing was that in check in, it was not emphasised to us to take what elevator and we ended up in the 5th floor which ends at 529. When we inquired the cleaner directed us to go further. We were carrying heavy suitcase. A guest saw us and said it’s on another building so we ended carrying our suitcase again to go to another building. I think a porter should have brought us to our room especially that the building is cut.
Great hotel with very convenient access to the central station if you are catching a train or bus.
Modern, fun, young hotel to enjoy the stay near Milan central station. Very convenient location when traveling with trains and subways. Nice staffs, but trams passing in front of building and you can hear metalic sound all night.
Stayed at this hotel twice in my time in Italy, both times had a fantastic experience. PS- talk to the doorman if you need some local knowledge. Gave me a great place to eat (nearby), as well as were to go for food, drink and supplies. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. It'll be my place to stay when in Milan.
