We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Rhode Island! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed — even toiletries, which was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Edward was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Came for a wedding with a large group of family (11) - location was the only issue in that it was close to a small airport with small planes going overhead. Otherwise - as described and enough room for all the people. Kitchen and eating areas were very pleasant - did not use the outside but for families that could be a real plus.

Perfect stay

This house is awesome! It comfortably fit my large group and it was great. We were given makeup wipes, ear plugs, eye masks and so much more to welcome us into the home.Edward answered all of our questions and gave us so many great ideas of things to do during our stay. The drive to downtown Newport is like 15 minutes but it’s soo close to the winery making it a great location away from too much noise. We will definitely be back!!

The property was very clean, with cute little amenities. Owners were easily reachable from multiple modes of connection, and checked in frequently for any needs we may have had. Would recommend staying at this rental site!

Such a great place!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had our parents and grandma with us plus teens and even a 2 year old. The split floor plan made it where all the kids could stay up late and play games while the adults went to bed early. The kitchen and dinning room were perfect for our big dinners. The couches were all very comfortable and gave plenty of space for us all to enjoy. The beds were so comfortable we even asked for links to buy things for our personal homes lol. Edward was absolutely amazing, quick response to everything and even brought us extra things that were definitely not his responsibility! The town was cute with good food and so much to do. We will 100% be coming back next year!

Red White and I Do

Rented the property for my friends Bachelorette weekend. Exactly as listed in the post. Host was awesome and very responsive even though they were not in the country at the time. Had some technical difficulties with the TVs but property manager came over same day and resolved the issue. 10/10 for customer experience and service.

Great stay for a larger group!

Wonderful host and property. Easy check in, where the host even communicated we could get in early if needed (much appreciated!) Pictures are all accurate. Nice property for several adults. Host added little things like extra toothbrushes, which was a nice touch! Thanks again. Absolutely recommend!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay! We went there with 8 friends to see the mansions and the house worked out perfectly. The location was close to everything and Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations The house was very stocked with many extra items and made us feel right at home. Checking in and out was so easy. l highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next return here

The house is clean and bright upstairs. Great place for a large family or group. The downstairs bathroom is small with a tiny sink. Large table in the dining room for everyone to gather around. Many large screens tvs.

Perfect for our family

We had a family wedding and the house was the perfect size to fit us all. Edward was very responsive and a great host. The house was super clean the beds were comfortable We were close enough to downtown Newport where all of the events happened and also very close to restaurants and grocery stores when needed. I would highly recommend staying at the flight deck and hope to be able to go back soon!

Great Girls getaway

Six lifelong friends came for a 4 nite stay. The home was exactly as described. The Host Ed was so responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The home was well stocked, excellent amenities, and Huge TVs! in three rooms. All Beds were very comfortable. The dining room seats 10-12 people easily. Easy Uber or car drives to downtown Newport, Mansions, cliff walk. Would highly recommend staying at The Flight Deck!

Perfect Home Base for Jazz Fest

Had a large group traveling to Newport for Jazz Fest and it was very difficult to find a place big enough for all of us without a 4 night minimum stay - Edward's place was the perfect fit! Not only was Edward incredibly communicative and helpful with answering questions, the flight deck gave us all of the room and amenities we needed for the weekend. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward and the house was full of above-and-beyond kind of stuff like extra toothbrushes, a grill for cooking out, a speaker for music, and more. We had our own lawn chairs for the festival which was necessary for our larger group to all be outside together. It was an incredibly hot weekend so it took us some tinkering to figure out the ac and fans throughout the house but that was a very minor and the only issue - all else was wonderful and I would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything, Edward!
