Our stay wasn’t horrible, but we weren’t expecting the problems we encountered. This is a duplex apartment unit. The unit is modern looking as the pictures indicate. The space is small but clean for the most part. The bedding was different but definitely clean. The mattress and couches had a few strains, nothing crazy. The outside/side step of the entrance was very slippery when wet. There is a mat there but it doesn’t cover the entire step. The site has it listed as two bedrooms with two kings in each. There is one KG bed in each room only. The guest room bed is broken. We noticed the bed “drooping” in the middle and underneath and entire rail was off that supported the bed. The bedroom with the attached bathroom had a descent bed. Underneath that bed the rails were barely hanging on. We had to be very careful getting in and out of the bed to not cause anymore damage. The Frig was not working. We traveled with a family of 5 and we bought groceries to survive the drive and the city. Half of my food spoiled. The freezer was only working at the capacity to keep items cool. We couldn’t not fit all we had to keep cool. The host was notified and he confirmed someone was coming. He was understanding and even called us back. We never saw anyone come, Frig was not fix for the remainder of our stay. Overhead showers and a hand held shower. It was easy to use but it was inconvenient having one hand to wash up. We managed it of course.
