The staff at this hotel were very nice and pleasant. It was such a clean hotel and it isn’t far from anything.

No water pressure, a/c not working properly, smelled very humid.

What a scam, don’t even try too book this hotel, they show you photos of the remodelation of the hotel but they assign a old schools 80’s without even shower dirty rooms smelling nasty beds. They don’t event clean the room, my family find erotic products on the cabinets. And the breakfast to bad.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was a little small but it was cool considering the room size. The staff was friendly and room service was great. It is not on the south beach strip but not far from it

I can't rate this hotel, because when we checked in they had no rooms for us due to the rooms not being accessible , so they had to put us at their sister hotel which was a major upgrade down the street, THE PLYMOUTH HOTEL, I highly recommend the PLYMOUTH

This hotel is an ok hotel but the price is too high for what you get honestly . There are some hidden fees they take from you account when you get there and when you leave ! If I'm paying for a hotel I don't wanna be charged for using the pool and some towels that's just unexceptable . Free breakfast is horrible

I booked a double room and when I got it it was all dirty (corona empty bottles Inside the room) so I requested another room and they gave a downgrade room with only one bed because they had no more rooms. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Great overall stay. The only issue we had was the ac turning on and off or not working at time which only bothered us at night. But overall great staff , hotel was near many attractions and only a block away from the beach.

We have been coming for the past three years and it never disappoints. We are not into the heavy action but looking for a nice place to stay close to beach all amenities and the comp breakfast at Orange Blossom is a highlight! This will remain our yearly place to stay.

Jonathan at checkin was awesome--fast, efficient, and super friendly. I stayed in a king room that was near the front of the building at the end of a hallway and it was very quiet. I feel as though the showers could have been given a good scrub down and some new caulking but otherwise the bathroom had plenty of room and were in great shape. The only complaint I had was that the air handler for the A/C in the room I stayed was a little noisy but otherwise had a great stay. Take advantage of the breakfast included at Orange Blossom. I ended up getting the blueberry pancakes one morning and the fruit & yogurt the next. After seeing the huge assortment of croissants, muffins, and rolls you get if you order the continental breakfast I probably would have switched to that next time around. One word of caution: if you do decide to go to Orange Blossom for breakfast, go early when they first open. Later in the morning when the regular breakfast crowd comes in you'll end up waiting for a spot as the paying customers get prioritized over the SBH hotel guests.

Everything was perfect, great service. Really close to the beach. I would totally stay there again. The only thing I didnt like was that the pool was at another hotel, but anyways who needs a pool when you have a nice beach. :)

The Hotel was amazing. I was a little worried at first but the staff was very welcoming and the rooms were great! Wish there was more ventilation but the A/C was great and it felt good coming home after a hot day. The staff was able to call us cabs and were always available for assistance!! 2 blocks from the beach perfect walking distance!

Met all expectations! The room was modern nice and comfortable and the rain shower was the bomb.com! Direct TV was in the room and a refrigerator.

Well, I went expecting it to be another hotel with a similar name. After realizing my mistake I was a little apprehensive, considering I'd never been before. After my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, well positioned on the beach & the staff was awesome & very helpful. Cute frontal courtyard & nice restaurant around it, were also good perks

The hotel was perfect distance for the beach but a little far from the shopping stores. The staff wasn't very friendly in the daytime though. The sister property next door has THE BEST pool. It's rooftop. Don't order the drinks though. They're expensive and weak. Overall it was a great hotel.

Excellent location, great stuff and service. I will recommend this hotel for friends/family stay. : )

At first I was hesitant due to the previous reviews, but since my friends were staying there I decided to take the chance, plus it was cheaper than staying anywhere else for a 1 night stay. I must say I was definitely impressed. The staff told me they are under new management and a lot has changed, so I'm going toi assume the previous reviews were before the change. Rooms looked nice, slept comfortably, the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and off the main road. 1 block from the beach. The pool is located 1 block away at a separate hotel. The roof top pool was beautiful and the jazz station they had on made the day. I definitely recommend the hotel but it was a bit noisy in the hallways at night. Some *younger?* guests running around, up and down the stairs. The hotels in this area and old and are not sound proof like modern hotels.

Nice staff and friendly environment a little pricey but I would definitely stay here again

The4re are a lot of superlatives about this hotel high quality throughout, nice and friendly service, good location and excellent price for what you get.
