Great little cottage

Spacious one bedroom in a small gated community of four cottages. Quick walk to Coco Walk and all of the shops and restaurants.

Five minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the heart of coconut Grove. Very safe and secure little compound, gated living space. Super pet, friendly and included washer dryer, kitchen with full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and stove top.Great for an extended weekend for festivals and athletic events

Great stay if you want to relax in Miami

The appartement was better looking than on the pictures. We stayed a week and really enjoyed it. The neighboorhod is calm and we felt safe due to the gated area of the condos. You can find a lot of restaurants, cafes & shops by walking only 3 minutes.

Clean, private, comfortable, and no bugs. Close to all that Coconut Grove has to offer. Easy access to the unit with parking. The bed was very comfortable! We had an issue with not enough hot water from the shower which I will report to the manager. I did not report it to the manager because we were there for only 3 days. However, that did not detract from everything else that was nearly perfect!

Great Location

This is a great location! It was so easy to walk to the Coconut Grove restaurants and bars! Also, it is a quick drive to University of Miami from the bungalow. There is a fence around the bungalows, and you need a code to open the gates. I really liked this, and it made me feel safe. I had a package shipped to the bungalow. It was left outside the fence by the gate and within a couple hours it was stolen. So do not ship anything to the bungalow.

We stayed at your cottage last weekend, May 8- May 11.. This is a very nice set up and works very well for us since our daughter and her family live 2 blocks away.We would be happy to consider renting this property again whenever we come to visit our family. There are a few items that did not work that I would like to mention. The hot water in the bathroom has some problems. It did not stay hot long enough for a good shower, and the sink was similar for washing. Probably not a big deal to address.The shower floor tiles are very slippery. I suggest a good quality shower floor no slip mat. Easy to get and use.A bit more expensive would be to install a horizontal grab bar inside the shower. We are in our 70’s and having something to hold while in a shower is very helpful.The pocket doors for the bedroom need to be repaired. Not particularly important for us and your property would work better if they the doors did function properly.The toilet paper holder is loose. As I said, we had a lovely time and would gladly return and it would be very helpful to us if the above items were addressed.

This place was an absolute disaster. We arrived on Friday and there was no working shower. It was never fixed during our entire stay.I immediately requested a refund so we could leave and find another place, but that was denied. The management company was extremely frustrating to deal with. They avoided direct communication, ignored our request to call, and continued sending generic messages through VRBO instead of actually resolving the issue or actually listening. We made it very clear that we had a busy schedule and simply needed a functional shower. That basic need was never met.The property is advertised as “renovated,” which is wildly misleading. This is lipstick on a pig and not even done well. A bit of paint and IKEA furniture does not equal a renovation. The bathroom, especially the shower, is in unacceptable condition, has mold, cracked grout, rusted fixtures, and is completely non functional. It needs to be gutted, not covered up. The doors between the two spaces that are supposed to provide privacy and separation were also completely broken.The only redeeming quality is the location in Coconut Grove. Everything else fell far below expectations.Would not stay here.
Rusted and none of the knobs we marked they had to send instructions on how to turn it off, wouldn’t get warm, only hand held was operable not shower head, and horizontal knobs all ran into each other.
