Luxury and relaxation 10/10 recommend

The staff was so amazing. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and calm. This area beat Miami! One hour from the Everglades. A walk away from Publix and you only need yourself to go to the pool and beach. Drinks and towels given upon request. Fantastic views on the Atlantic and the bay. Just the best vacation ever.

Ocean Front Condo in Sunny Isles, FLA

We had a great time in Sunny Isles. The location is great. The view is great, the beach is fantastic and everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was as advertised and worked perfectly for 2 people. It could use a bit of updating, but was clean and comfortable. Communication was smooth and entrance was easy. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Accommodations

The beach tanning is amazing until about 2:00 pm at the end of January Then its a hunt to find the sun because all the skyscrapers block out the sun beachside. Yoga on Sunday on the mezzanine is something I highly recommend.

Restful, peacefully oasis

We had an awesome stay. We enjoyed the ocean view and being able to just sit on the balcony and peace made me happy. The condo was well kept and offered several amenities. My only concern was not having a list of the things that needed to be done before leaving. I couldn’t find my email so I just had to wing it.

Wonderful stay

The best thing about this place is the wonderful staff, each of them is over the top professional friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallways are beautiful, everything is spotless clean. The construction next door was no issue, we hardly heard anything even when we were at the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Consider a different place

1. Check in staff did not allow checking in before 4pm. We were there 45 minutes early and required to sit with bags in the lobby until precisely 4pm! 2. The kitchen is not setup for cooking. Deficiency in cooking utensils, spatula, lid for skillet, sharp knives, pizza pan (reheating carry out), ovenware, storage containers, cutting board, dish rags, dish towels, etc. 3. Deck glass railing is filthy. 4. Parking, Resort fees, Admission fees, and other fees total $75+ per day. 5. Bed is horrible, sags, thread worn, without mattress pad. Just a sheet on top of mattress is gross and icky. 6. Deck door threshold is abnormally high and should be labeled and painted. Caused us to stumble. 7. TVs are mounted as such to cause sliding closet doors to hang up. Installation of a different tv mount or wooden spacer blocks would improve door operation. 8. Light bulbs - three burned out. 9. Pool deck around hot tub was broken the entire week. Roping off of area prevented access.

It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.

Nothing provided and very scary and rude owner

We checked into the hotel and we were notified that the hotel would not provide any towels. When we contacted the owner he said that he would provide us towels. Within our five days stay four of us only had two towels for the entire stay. Also, we were not provided with any soap. So basically we had to shower without any soap or towels. There was dispensers for soap and conditioner and shampoo that were empty the entire time. We begged the owner to fill the containers and he said that he would’ve never did. When we asked the maid with the trolley for towels, she refused. We also asked for soap and she refused. I took three towels out of desperation for my children from the trolley and put them into our room and the housekeeping opened our door while we were not there and remove the towels without our knowledge of them coming into our room. The room came with absolutely nothing else. Trash bags for my trash no dish soap no sponge no dish towels and no paper towels. It was worse than coming into an empty apartment. You literally have to bring yourself. Hotel kept telling me that I needed to speak to the owner of the property in order to get these issues resolved and when I did get connected to him, he was extremely angry and rude and scary. I recorded my conversation with him. I had to hang up the phone because he was so loud and angry and my children were in the room. also the toilet doesn’t work. The flapper is extremely old and when the engineer came, he said that The flap

Beautiful property and relaxing stay

Property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a bit small, but it was clean and a good temperature. Property sits right on the beach and provides beach loungers and towels. The resort fees were a bit high and not disclosed in the original listing. Also, there is a $30 per day mandatory valet fee for parking car, which was a bit frustrating, plus tipping the valet each time, so that part was kind of pricey. We were greeted by friendly people though and given two glasses of champagne at check in. The resort smelled nice and was very clean. The room was as described and clean. The view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the bathtub not draining properly but the host was very attentive. The host was also easy to reach and responded immediately. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it had all of the utensils needed to prepare a meal, although I would suggest maybe adding a glass measuring cup. The washer and dryer worked great also. Overall I would recommend this property. The only con to our stay were the fees. Mainly the valet fees, because you tip them on top of already paying $30 per day. So that definitely added up. I would definitely stay there again though and maybe just not rent a car.

Great High Rise Beach Resort

Resort is beautiful. The pool was a great temperature as was the hot tub. Check- in was easy and all resort staff friendly and helpful. It was great to get beach chairs that you can move to the sun areas as they change due to high rise buildings blocking it around 1:00 pm each day. Wonderful to have pool side bar and restaurant service as well. Impressed with city that cleans and smooths the beach every morning! Best restaurant to walk to is Cut 38- amazing prime rib. Best restaurant to drive to is GG’s in Hollywood on the water and outstanding food! Our unit was basically as pictured- keep in mind the pics are from this unit and another on the other side of the high rise. This unit was facing the current construction of a new high rise, so you will see construction and if on balcony will hear some noise 7:00am-6:00pm. They were only drilling ground support spots while we were there so the construction noise was not that bad. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the sofa. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking- even a blender for tropical smoothies! The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The only suggestions we have are that the walls in the main living area and bathroom really need to be freshly painted, carpet near balcony doors has wear spots, and the bathtub caulking strip needs replacing. We really enjoyed our view of both the beautiful ocean during the day and the stunning city view at night. All in all a good value for the price. We would stay here again!

Great Location

This was a great place in a great location. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy walking distance to shopping and Restaurants. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There a a lot of extra fees on top of the rental price but the host was up front and honest about these. There were no surprises.

Overall, very nice. Our room 1109, was adjacent to the elevator shaft. Needless to say, was very loud. Even in the bedroom, you could hear the elevator going up and down 24 hours a day. Wouldn’t want any room like that again. Not for the price paid.

Family get away.

Love the resort/amenities. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner products were empty. The mattress on the pull out sofa was dirty with blood stains. The linens for the pull out were dirty and had to be washed. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Overall great location, great view. I would defiantly stay at this resort again.
