Sunny Isles Beach registration : STR-00425

IMPORTANT: At check in time all guest must pay a registration fee of U$ 51.50 per apartment per stay . Paying that fee the condominium will give you access to the amenities ( swimming pool , tennis courts , etc) , It is mandatory and non refundable.

Includes: Sheets for both beds, 8 towels, 2 beach towels ( daily cleaning it is not provided), Full kitchen.

DEN: Sofa sleeper for two guest ( the den it is like another bedroom without exterior window)
