Booked the room to have somewhere to stay when our flight got canceled because they list airport shuttle as an amenity. Tried calling the hotel and no one answered. Phone tree just kept looping back to the main answering service. Called over and over and same thing. After over 2 hours of trying someone finally answered and said that you have to book the shuttle in advance and they couldn't help us. Asked to cancel the room as we needed a shuttle ride and they said we couldn't but should ask hotels.com and they would do it. Asked Hotels.com and they said they had to ask the hotel. Sent us a message that the hotel refused even though they wouldn't work with us. Super bad service, no communication, misleading, at best, advertisements. I would never consider them again.
