I reqested early check-in, they confirmed ok, for 60. I get a message day before check in time, it said 4. I replied, that i requested early. They reply, its not available as room rented out. They failed to notify me. We flew in at 6 am. We had to make arrangmemts to get luggage checked into some other service. They dont have a bell hop at this place. The check in process made no sense. They have a contact greet you, to just walk you to the desk. They has zero value add. We get to the room. The was NO toilet seat. Completely gone. I text the check in gal. She replies, she only does check in. Again no value add whatsoever I contact the renter. Asked me to send pics. I did, they did reply and found someone later that day to fix. It was my daughter's 30th bday. We had pland, i didnt reply until way later. So they fix in morning and only offer me 24 off my 800 stay. Talking to their customer service was like talking to a bot. Scripted replies, total human disconnet. Not to mention the pool closes at 7 30 pm. Never ever will i stay or recommend to anyone.
