I loved the fact that it was located close to everything.

It was close to bayside plaza, and the event i was going to was right across the street, which meant less walking so it was great! The parking situation could have been way better, they are close to a parking garage, but you have to pay $20 every time you leave although the pricing said $20/day, basically meaning your stuck in the garage unless your willing to pay every single time you leave. At first when i checked in the first room had a strong odor of urine, but they were kind and professional enough to change my room without hesitation. On the 2nd to last day of my 3 day stay the power went out!, no power in a room with two people without AC was crazy, i had to leave and travel around due to this, again remembering not to move the car from the parking garage cause that would have been another $20. They credited me 20% on my first day rental charge which ironically was the cheaper of the 3 days (go figure). Bottom line is this was my second stay there. The price was decent but they could use some work. The highlight of the trip was RAUL he was extremely professionally and knowledgeable in the area and pleasant to speak with, for him alone i would contemplate stay at this location again.

Everything about the Hotel and staff is lousy.Poor customer Service, no proper functioning Toilets.Stayed there for 3 nights but bed was never maid, even with a visible stain on the pillow.Willnever recommend even my enemy .

It was very hard to find and it does not look like the images provided at all!

Looks great in the photo but needs total renovation

Beds were tidy and clean, toilet and sink new, by other hand the bathroom, closet, room doors and halls are old. The air conditioner was set up on the window is not installed on the wall. WiFi service was not working in my room. My husband decided to move hotel IVY 3 minutes walking distance from there

I think Orbitz should disassociate themselves from that facility. It is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever., First they advertise that they offer airport shuttle, thats misleading because they do not pickup from the airport, and they only have twice a day drop offs to the airport, their breakfast sucks it is the worst I ever had, Not even orange juice was available. In fact I am going to write a detailed report of the stay from hell.

Location was very well. The room needed some upkeep. Room was small. TV small. WiFi didn't reach my room.

It’s the kind of place you keep your socks on and lock the door. My room was clean, but it smelled a bit like a flea collar. My Uber driver was hesitant to let me out in the neighborhood at night.

The day staff were friendly, the night staff acted like they were being bothered. The hotel has never been updated I would say. There are sign noting renovations in progress but NO evidence of this. The floors have soft spots and the doors are no longer square. The floors slope. There is a musty smell in the room and the hallways. The pictures on line make this place look okay but it is not. The breakfest was coffee and bread.

Very dirty.breakfast is just coffee & toast . Location is good

the hotel is really old!!!!!the hotel is really old!!!!!the hotel is really old!!!!!

Pleasently suprised after reading negative reveiws. This is not a 5 star hotel but is a nice clean bare bones hotel just right for a budget traveller. Location perfect and equal to the 5 stars. Hundreds of stores/resturants within easy walking distance. Jennifer at the desc very accomadating, I arrived very early tired after long flight and she arranged for an early check in. Shuttle to cruise ship on time and free. My freinds staying at the Hol Inn 2 blocks away had to pay for shuttle ha ha... Bottom line is that this is a 1-2 star place that is clean but has no frills. I will return here my next cruise.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location but it is literally the cheapest hotel ever. The lobby was quite welcoming so I didn’t expect anything less walking into our rooms, however, it was the complete opposite. The beds were probably the best thing about the inside of the rooms because it was enough to accommodate my family. Bathroom was gross and old, no iron or refrigerator, broken doors, etc. even the window blinds - they don’t even cover the entire room so you have to move in order to change. Would not recommend this hotel to no one nor will I ever stay again!

Uncomfortable .. uneasy... like something you would see on Miami vise

The hotel smelled like sh*t and dead people. A roach crawled on means woke me up out my sleep. My bed was sunken in the middle made my sleep uncomfortable.

I was very underwhelmed. We had actual keys and deadbolt doors, keys cost $10 if you lose them. Do they even replace the locks if you lose your key? I'd be surprised. The rooms were tiny. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls and floors were dirty. The bathtub was very dirty. The bathroom door didn't even shut because the door was bigger than the door frame. There was one elevator and it held 5 people MAX. I couldn't walk around the room barefoot. It reminded me of a motel that police bust prostitutes in. HOWEVER, it was very close to Bayfront Park for Ultra Music Festival. That was the only good thing about the Leamington.

Terrible hotel, cheap, noisy , bad area, staff is unprofessional. Please don’t waste your money going there, u will be very disappointed

Very old hotel and compare with the price, old elevators, bad service etc

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property, I do apologize we failed to meet your expectations. As it states on expedia Wi-Fi is mainly in the common areas of the hotel. We hope you give us a second opportunity to host you again in the future.
