Leamington Hotel-Downtown/Port Of Miami

I was very underwhelmed. We had actual keys and deadbolt doors, keys cost $10 if you lose them. Do they even replace the locks if you lose your key? I'd be surprised. The rooms were tiny. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls and floors were dirty. The bathtub was very dirty. The bathroom door didn't even shut because the door was bigger than the door frame. There was one elevator and it held 5 people MAX. I couldn't walk around the room barefoot. It reminded me of a motel that police bust prostitutes in. HOWEVER, it was very close to Bayfront Park for Ultra Music Festival. That was the only good thing about the Leamington.

Terrible hotel, cheap, noisy , bad area, staff is unprofessional. Please don’t waste your money going there, u will be very disappointed

Very old hotel and compare with the price, old elevators, bad service etc

I prefer this hotel because it is ubicated in the heart of Miami so it saves You time. It is like a family Hotel I feel safe. I like it and the staff is excellent.

I stay there 4 nights. Because the WiFi in room is very slow and always disconnected, I used my laptop in small lobby with breakfast room everyday. Unfortunately, because I brought a lot of stuff last night, I put it on table and forgot it. Next morning, I asked a lady of front desk, she just say she did not see it. Nothing to help. No time, I should go to airport. I hope no one can open my privacy documents inside.

Overall very very disappointed. Hotel was in poor condition. Garbage was everywhere

Sucked. No towels, tv was broken, late check in, no refrigerator, bread and water for breakfast

Good Location, close to stores in downtown and bayside. Rooms are very small, would recommend it just a place to 'crash' (sleep). Wifi is terrrible, no amenities.

No parking for hotel rooms are too small. No view outside.

Female at desk made us wait until after her shift was over.said i will call you when I'm ready for you then she is leaving with her handbag and says the person behind the counter will help you. Cant say enough nice things about him he was helpful AND pleasant.

Colchones muy viejos. Puertas se pasa el ruido. Se ve muy viejo el hotel.

Staff required me to pay $50 cash as a deposit for additional experience if I changed any other items to the room. I Changed nothing to the room but they did not give me my $50 deposit back. I am not happy with these people!

I arrived at 11h 30, there was no packing, but I enjoy the time.

Room was clean. Morning break fast ok. And bell boys (rafal) was good. And manager luzzy was big liar about the shuttle service.and she was RUDE.I WAS regular guest of leamington but NO MORE CHECK IN ...Cut story short i dont advice any of my relatives or friends for this hotel.

The hotel is so dirty and disgusting. The sheets were dirty and there were no blankets on the beds. The paint was peeling on the doors so if a child stayed there I'd be afraid they would be poisoned by the paint. Do not book a room here.

Sheets were dirty, floor pretty gross.Free breakfast is only bread. No bugs. Very small room. Staff was friendly. After took a shower walked on room carpet and my feet turned black. There were urine stains on mattress cover. This room was cheap and exactly what I expected. Parking is extremely costly.

the first room was not to good it look like from the 60 due two technical the change the room it was much better for a solo is okay only for sleeping. And location is great for shopping

For the service they provided price is unfair. Rooms are simply bad. Nothing is looking good, windows and conditioner at least 20 years old. Rooms are smallest I ever seen even in bad places. There was a TV, that's made things even worse, no place at all and handing TV taking more + TV was CRL I went like to museum. Restroom and shower - if you want to be able to sleep - don't go there. Also if you'd like to stay - you have to get used to urine smell, not a joke, go check yourself. I've been in cheap hotels when I was student like 2$ per day and I knew what I was coming for.But these guys put nice pictures - nothing alike what I got and asked around 200+ per night. And still they was worse, can you believe? I still can't. I was trying to get refund at least partial, honestly I gave up. But you can try.

I was pleased with the room and location. Room was clean and everything was working, it is an older style hotel but not bad as some reviews put it. Overall a decent hotel at a good price for the location.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. No blankets, you have to physically go to the lobby to ask for. No shampoos, no lotions, only two soaps in the bath room. Besides your bed, they only provide a table (with no drawers) and a chair. Internet is extremely slow in the room. Closet is without door. The window blinds are not large enough to cover the windows. Room equipped with a portable window air conditioner. Not a pleasant stay, avoid. Not worth the price. Sorry that I did not take the advices from previous reviews.
