Pros: Friendly staff CVS across the street Cons: Rooms are tiny with no dressers and a closet that’s a foot wide. Rooms were not carpeted. We slipped a few times on the slippery floor, it seemed dangerous. Extremely loud. I messaged them that one of the members of our party is pregnant and we’d like a room where it’s quiet. They never responded to my message and they put us on the 2nd floor on Collins Ave. There was loud music playing until 3am. Breakfast was mediocre - I don’t recommend paying for that. Laundry - the desk worker helped me fill out the laundry form, it was $39. When I got home and checked the invoice, they charged me $70.

I really enjoyed my stay. I am a single female and the hotel felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants onsite including a cute cafe for breakfast. Staff were all super nice . I like the room layout and the room amenities especially the body products. The hotel is beautiful. It's an adult only hotel which I appreciated . Great location one street away from the beach. Finally I am Expedia gold so enjoyed the free bottle of wine and the $50 f&b credit

Castro was awesome and got us in a room early after a long flight. Totally disappointed in the hotel. Hotel really looks like a converted motel with drapes from the 70s and a 1 inch gap in the door. It was extremely loud. Not sure why it has a 4.8 rating except for great location.

The room smelled weird when we entered. Had to spray perfumes and open the door and window to air out. They offer a gym but guests have to walk 15 minutes to get to it. When we asked a bartender and server questions, they were dismissive and rude to be frank. We will not be booking here again in the future unfortunately. The space where we checked in needs to be shut down and renovated. The ceiling looked like it was peeling and deteriorated

very good hotel. loved the single king bed room and the amenities inside. the toiletries were nice and a robe and slippers were included. very nice room. property is beautiful with intentional decor everywhere. big fan of the bar lounge and the lobby area.

Very professional and friendly staff. Venisecia at front desk help us with all information needed! We were able to go to the beach just a block away from it and the resort fee included chairs and towels. Roof top pool was very nice and clean. The property is overall very clean and staff very friendly. KOBO cafeteria had good coffee and a few options for breakfast. We felt at home. The hotel is close to Lincoln Road Mall also and there are free trolley buses to move around. Very convenient.

walking distance to the beach, and shopping and food. Can always find some place to get a drink and socialize with others. Roo very clean and hallway and elevator stayed cleaned and smelled so good. lobby is so pretty and calm, and welcoming, Staff is so nice and pleasant. You can walk to the shopping area. The location is great. One block walking from the beach, a CVS across the street, lots of dinining wiring walking distance. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the rain head shower was very nice. Kobo café on site is a great place to pick up a coffee, rooftop pool had great drinks and chairs. I'd highly recommend it!
