The front desk staff were great and our suite was a nice size. The free continental breakfast was good. However, we were there for 3 days and never received housekeeping services for our family of 3 ( no fresh linens, towels, soap, no garbage pickup etc.)This was a first for me. I had to leave our garbage outside of our suite for pickup and I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. Because of this, I probably would not refer others to this establishment.

The breakfast ended at 9am which is ridiculous and way too early. And they don’t even provide other meals in the area. They clearly just don’t want to pay the staff to staff more hours. On your vacation your forced to get up early. You have to specially request daily room cleaning. Otherwise they only come every 3 days. And the first day we checked in they didn’t have hot water for the entire day. Not good. This hotel has not met my expectations. I would not stay here again.
