The room was clean but there were many missing items due to out of stock at the hotel. Soap bar, paper cup at breakfast table etc. I heard this is because of high occupancy.

rooms were excellent. Great value for money. If there is one thing they could improve - it would be the breakfast option. The made to order breakfast options at the location, are sub-optimal and not worthy of Hilton brand. Other than that, I loved the hotel.

This hotel is right next to a busy shopping center and is right off the highway. The breakfast included option was cost-effective, but the choices were significantly limited. The only positive aspect was that it was freshly prepared on order, but the menu items were significantly limited and a few items on the menu were not even available. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, but there were small things that were not working/available. The ice machine on our floor was not working. When we asked for tea bags for our room, it took a couple of reminders before we finally got them. The service staff kept entering the elevators from the service entrance which was on the other door of the right elevator - not something I would enjoy traveling to my room with trash or dirty laundry etc. Overall these little things made our stay less than optimal.

The hotel is clean and very nice. Terrible set up for breakfast. Food was cold when served. I didn't get my meal ( yogurt with mixed berries ) 15 minutes after my family finished their meal. 1/2 cup of yogurt with granola, a few almonds and 1 strawberry. No silverware, tables not bussed and one waitress. Terribly disappointing for a Hilton. This needs corrected and I will be calling the manager for a refund of the $ we pre paid for a cooked to order breakfast.
