All the staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. We are always worried about this type of hotel because some a great others dodgy. This one is definitively worth staying at. It was also very clean.

Maritza was an excellent host! Room was good, except the AC was acting goofy. It would randomly shut off. Not sure who Grumpy Gus is in the morning that opens for breakfast, but he looked like he needed a nap or maybe he just doesn’t like me. But I digress. Breakfast was good. Would like potatoes of some kind. And an apple. But the sausages, eggs, toast, and waffles got the job done. Lady at the counter when I checked out was friendly. Too bad the Mr. Cranky Pants wasn’t like the girls.

Room was fairly clean but dated. It is a large hotel and I know it is costly to update such a large property. Many hotels right now are in this same position. Rooms look old and tired but as long as they're clean that's the most important thing. The inside of the toilet around the top of the bowl looks like it needed better cleaning....

Staff were very friendly and ample parking. The room was very cramped and outdated. The shower height was short so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone over 5 foot 10 inches. Shower water pressure was awful. Location by the Everglades and Keys worked well for us.

Customer service in the lobby was terrific. The room was reasobnably priced, so we got pretty much what we expected. We felt safe. The property grounds are well-kept. You can also upgrade to a newer, bigger room there if that's what you want.
