Service was horrible. Was checked into what appeared to be a storage room. Extremely disappointed.
Very rude stuff the chicken girl was like barely wants to check mean well staying under the air condition it says breakfast included they give you one bag who is bottle of water banana and muffin this is breakfast for someone to go to summer school or day care this is not a breakfast the room I was staying wasn’t That clean I ask for ask her extra towel she told me I have to go tomorrow morning if you don’t have right now I feel like it’s zero service just across the street is Fairfield Brian new the same price
Staff very rude. No half and half for coffee. No towels in room. No coffee made at all. Cleaning carts in the halls, .making it impossible to get luggage carts through. Horrible experience. Time to get back to normal, as Fairfield has.

This hotel was a disappointment. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express for many years but this was like a Motel 6. The outside looks nice but the rooms are rough. The drain plug at the bottom of the tub was laying on the side of the tub broken off, half baked drywall work etc. a complete lack of basic maintenance. The two young gals working the desk at night when we checked in lacked basic interpersonal skills. The morning crew was a big improvement. Breakfast was in a brown bag....I stayed at two other Holiday in and Express hotels that week in south Florida and both served hot breakfast. Don't pay a premium thinking you are getting the more upscale hotel stay like most Holiday Inn Express hotels......skip this one.
This property was fine but not great. Friendly girl at the front desk was about the only thing going for it. Mostly old with a weird smell and amenities closed due to COVID-19.
Couldn't get TV to work. Found it was unplugged. As was the fridge, the clock radio, and some of the lights. Strange. Room lighting was terrible. There was a big empty spot in the room where a chair or sofa was supposed to be. So, no extra seating except desk chair.
Great location. A little bit old and needed a little tlc. The room was nice. Good bed.
