We had a great stay this time. The hotel is close to Everglades and many airboat docks. Breakfast options are great and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy to find. We travelled light since we could do laundry here - although a bit pricey in my opinion ($8 to soap wash and dry one load). Overall, thank you for a great time.
We enjoyed our stay at Best Western. Room was Comfortable and breakfast was great.

convenient location for the everglades
the property needs a update, the rooms need a retouch, the lady's that cleans need new sheets and supply to performer they Job Right, my beds had stain sheets i talk to the cleaning lady an they did not had a they extras sheets, plus they need correct laundry detergent as per her the clean the sheets an stains don't come out, front lady desk was Not friendly at all the way they have the tables from the breakfast area are not well places the breaks fast was uncooked for the rate they charge they should have better service, the cleaning staff looked unhappy the owner of this location should spend time an take care of this building it a shame because its in a really nice spot.
Rooms need a little updating
The ac in my room didnt work and when maintance came he basically said just turn it down to 60 degree for it to stay on
I have a job that brings me here every month. I either stay at this property or another property across the street. I prefer this property, because of the beautiful pool area. There is one thing that drives me crazy about this property, and it is very small… But if I stay more than one night, on the second day my door key card is deprogrammed, and I have to get it reprogrammed. This happens every time I stay there. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it is a comfortable place to stay.
The room was clean/ basic. The mattress and pillows were very firm . The staff was pleasant and helpful! We enjoyed the morning breakfast.

We overall had a good stay. The location is great to go to the Keys without paying the ridiculous prices. It is an older hotel, but the room was clean and we felt safe staying there. My only complaint about the room is that the beds are very hard. They have a typical free hotel breakfast, except the eggs are boiled instead of scrambled, so not appealing to children.
Our room tub drainage was awful. Waiting forever for maintenance staff came who didn’t fix this problem. Toilet was also broken. Manager Robert was very rude and told me that I used conference “cheap” rate (over $600 per night) so he cannot do anything for the first night. I spend over 1/3 of year at hotels and I definitely say this hotel is the worst quality per price for my past 30 years.
Great place to line in West Key. Right on water great view. Best is the transport to down town very hour free of cost
