The overall experience of our visit was great. The check- in was easy and quick, finding the location was easy. Room was perfect for us the sliding door to the balcony handle was broken but we could still open the door.If you stay during the middle of summer the AC will not be efficient enough to keep room cool. Valet is great but if you want your car expect at least 30 minutes wait to get your vehicle. The restaurant that is on location was wonderful didnt even know it was there. Need to promote it more.

That is my second time on these apartments to the end of the year. The service and customer service was great. I would like to highlight the big improvement of the valet parking this year. Last compare with the last year.

Loved seeing the beach outside my window. Owner answered an email question immediately. Breakfasts in the restaurant were pricy but very good. Excellent service.

The room was left uncleaned after the previous occupant left. We were left to stay with kids in such an unhygienic place. The front desk was also not helping with it. I will not recommend this place.

The room was okay. Bathrooms wasnt satisfactory. The shower floor looked gross, with rust and some white stuff all over. Wasnt any of the bathrooms pictured. The acces to the beach was good. The bar inside the hotel was nice and food was decent. The pool was great and the outside tiki hut. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room provided was a complete disappointment. Reserved a room with three beds but received one with 2 beds. The room did not reflect pictures on reservation page. The mandatory Valet parking was an absolute nightmare with long wait to pick up or drop a vehicle. Overall, this place was an absolute disappointment.

The air conditioning was broken and leaking all over the place, the shower is disgusting and no water pressure, place was filthy. I had to buy disinfectant and cleaned up a bunch of mold, the door code was incorrect, the badge were super uncomfortable and very squeaky But the valley service was very great.

The Facility was a experience I had before with the Bay Side view. That's why I asked for the same. Get there and I'm on the Beach Front side, so that was the first issue. then the apartment was musty and bathroom dirty freezer had dead bugs. The linen wasn't fresh hair in the bathroom
