This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo (1,150 sq ft) blends modern style with resort-like comfort, making it the perfect choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances—glass-top stove, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, cookware, and utensils—ideal for home-cooked meals. The dining area seats six and leads to a private balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets.

Guest access

– The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person. The only additional payment you may incur is for valet parking, which is optional and only charged if used.

- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in.
