Staff was friendly and room was nice sized for our family. The breakfast could be better but since it’s included you really can’t complain. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, some kind of ham, bagels and cereal daily. It was also crowded and there was limited space to sit. Some people just sat on their phones while others stood with breakfast in hand. Maybe a little more organization or signs that say “time limit” or “eating only” would be helpful for those inconsiderate guest. Yes, you are allowed to take the food to your room BUT if you have a bigger family and are on the 4th floor, it’s a bit inconvenient.

The property is located right in the middle of a great shopping plaza ..that's it The property is extremely dated nothing has been updated I don't know how long ago they purchased it from the last owners but it still has the old company's names everywhere. The rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly before you get there I had a housekeeper walk in while I was just laying in bed. And then breakfast reeks!!!

Pros: The rooms were large enough for a the rooms were large enough for a family of four and had a nice view of the water. Cons: Our room had tiny ants crawling underneath the couch cushions. I went down to ask the front desk if we could have them removed/cleaned and he said nobody was on service, so he would make a note for the next morning. After we had the room cleaned, I checked under the couches and there were still crumbs and ants. Plus a few on the sink and nightstand too. The room also reeked of marijuana coming through the vent. Breakfast was OK but not as good as other hotels we stayed out with comparable prices. Won’t return.
