Space was very modern and clean. The staff was a bit dry but polite. The room was so spacious and neat. Bathroom super neat. I love how they remodeled the rooms to look new. We stayed here with last owners and it was nice too but now it’s upgraded.

The room was very clean and the staff was professional and courteous. I would stay there again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars are that the rooms could use more lights, it was very dark. And the breakfast buffet despite pictures showing waffle makers, does not have waffles or pancakes which is about the only thing my kids eat for breakfast, like a lot of kids. We went to a bakery close by but that took a slice of our budget that was not necessarily planned. Some breakfast hot options that are typically Miami style though could be a great change for some travelers.

Staff was friendly and room was nice sized for our family. The breakfast could be better but since it’s included you really can’t complain. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, some kind of ham, bagels and cereal daily. It was also crowded and there was limited space to sit. Some people just sat on their phones while others stood with breakfast in hand. Maybe a little more organization or signs that say “time limit” or “eating only” would be helpful for those inconsiderate guest. Yes, you are allowed to take the food to your room BUT if you have a bigger family and are on the 4th floor, it’s a bit inconvenient.
